The space The space BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Rest easy in one of three beautifully styled bedrooms, each designed with plush bedding, soft linens, and upscale décor to provide comfort and privacy for your group. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own inviting space. 🛏 Bedroom Layout: • Primary Bedroom – 1 King bed + ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed + work desk • Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds Bathrooms: • The ensuite features a private bath for the primary bedroom • A second full bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3 • Fresh towels and essential toiletries are fully stocked Need extra sleeping space? Air mattresses are available upon request prior to check-in. Child Travel Items: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor. For any further questions, please reach out to our hosts for further information! KITCHEN/LIVING: The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with state of the art appliances: blender, coffee makers, and air fryer. There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life. You’ve found your SOL MATE. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house Other things to note Outdoor music & parties: No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Cameras & security: For your safety, the property has security cameras: These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. A noise detector is located in the backyard as required by the City of Desert Hot Springs. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video. Pets: We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle. • Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement: - 80/day to heat up to 82°F - $135/day to heat up to 88°F You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool. Check-in/out flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for $30/hour, subject to approval. Property rules: - Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair. - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. - Mailbox access is unavailable. Safety requirements: Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID and sign the rental agreement before check-in. Assumption of risk: By booking this property, you assume full responsibility for supervising the safe use of the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur.
