Spiaggia bella e pulita, buona colazione e il servizio è eccellente.

Ospitalità incredibile. La colazione è stata inviata in tempo. Anche il pranzo in camera era fantastico. Un bell'hotel ci tornerei sicuramente!

La camera con 2 letti queen size è abbastanza grande per 4 persone. Bella vista sul mare e la spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'hotel. La piscina è divertente e la colazione è buona?

Ottimo soggiorno! Prenota su Trip.com, finora il più economico online. Rm575 a notte con colazione inclusa, è un ottimo affare. Check-in senza problemi in meno di 10 minuti, inviano i nostri bagagli prima di entrare nella nostra stanza? Siamo stati in Deluxe King Room 317, la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Il letto matrimoniale è enorme e adoro il materasso. Forniscono EO Lavanda per dormire. Adoro la vasca da bagno, si sente lussuoso. Balcone di fronte all'Hard Rock Hotel. Abbiamo cenato nella nostra camera, ordinato spaghetti piccanti ai gamberetti, pizza paperonni e noodles mamak, tutti sono gustosi. . la colazione a buffet è superba, molte scelte. La spiaggia è pulita e non ci sono molte persone qui, il che è positivo. Può mantenere SOP durante questa pandemia di covid. La spiaggia è un po' lontana dall'hotel, forse come 50 m in più. Nel complesso, la mia piccola famiglia ha apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Verrà di nuovo.

Celebrated our anniversary occasion at Westin in Desaru. Stayed in the tropical view room. The ultimate resort feel. Look out of the balcony facing the beachfront with a garden and pool view all in one is indeed breathtaking and very tempting.

Sea view, great room. Nice sunrise. Breakfast spread good. Room was excellent. TV working good.

Beautiful hotel with very spacious room. We loved the deep soaking bathtub. So big that it fits 2 adults n a toddler. Our room was at lobby level with tropical view. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our 5x staying in this beautiful hotel. All is good. Wide variety of breakfast. Staffs and their services are good. Housekeepers too. Beach is private and clean. Huge bathtub, toilet and a fan in the room.

We have great fun at Westin Desaru hotel. 🏖️ Warmly welcome by the staff. Everybody are very friendly. Hotel room big & clean. Great location by the beautiful beach. Our girl have such a memorable vacation. Foods in Prego and breakfast are very good too. Lots of selection. We will be back again. Thank you! 😊🙏🏼

Everything about the hotel was awesome except that it is a distance away from Adventure Water Park. If you miss the shuttle bus timing, you need to call Grab. Buffet spread was good with a variety of foods to choose from.

One star down for the moulding of tile gout in the shower area. Staff are all fantastic. Greet you even when pass by. I had bad experience with the other guests at the breakfast area and a staff came to ask me if everything is ok. Upon knowing what happened, the staff send fruits up to my room as a form of apology because also due to the wait staff asher us to an occupied table. Well the staff did a good service recovery which I dont expect from them. Everything is fantastic with hotel but not the quality of the guests. Thanks Westin

Hotel is slightly old but still quite well maintained! Room was spacious for our family. The direct beach access was definitely a plus point. Slight safety concern at beach was that there was jet ski operator pretty close to where everyone was hanging out at, abit too close for comfort.

Found many insects inside room. Called front office , then called me saying they will get someone to get back to me, but didnt. Service was slow. I had to call a few times just to get towels. No communication between workers. Very very slow service. It’s 5 stars but standard like 3z.

Great family friendly place with many activities for kids. Room is big and nice bed. My kids love the games room. Direct access to beach. Only two restaurants at hotel though we can grab food delivery. Nice resort for a short getaway.
