Excessive amount of dirty dishes - $25 7. Damaged furniture, appliances, electronics 8. Forgotten items can be shipped with $100 + shipping and handling costs 9. Late check out can be accommodated until 12:30 pm for $50. Failure to check out without prior notice will result in a $100 charge. 10. Additional guest after confirmed booking is $10 per person.
