Check-in was long and tedious. They seem to have an archaic system. The room was adequate but the heating system was very noisy along with the bed. Any move made, it made crazy sounds. All appeared to be clean. No breakfast was served as advertised because of a kitchen flood. The manager was responsive to one of our requests.

Although online it says they have breakfast and a pool, they do not. Entire building smells of **** and it was worse in our- non smoking room. Not all the towels were clean and the floor was sticky. Do not recommend staying here.

Staff is respectfull , non judgmental, make ithe place feel at home, nice sized t.v. The price is a little hi compared to some of the other hotels that are in better locations and little more up to date with complimentary breakfast.

I thank the hotel manager for checking me in earlier than scheduled. I had a long trip from Yakima, and needed some rest. Note this guy is quite knowledgeable about restaurants in the area, just at a walking distance. He must be an experienced diner. Hotel guests should be careful not turning both the heat and the AC at the same time. The unit in my room condensed water and spilled it on the floor close to it. It probably was done by the previous guest. The manager did the best he could to dry the spill and turned on the heater to help evaporate the spilled water. Over all, I managed to rest.

Honestly don't stay here walked into bathroom And black hair all over floor so nasty got another room and also filthy. Reviews are true they don't clean rooms and haven't in a long time. Then put us in a suite also filthy...3 rooms all filthy left at 6:30 am only stayed 6 hours yuck!!

My jetted tub wasn’t jetted and that was the whole reason for the stay it was Broken but I would go back
