Nice clean hotel. Food options limited in the area after 8pm, but the staff light up the BBQ for us (bring your own food for that). 2x outdoor (hotspring) jacuzzis plus a pool for the summer.

Jackie was the best host, he really made our stay! He was warm, welcoming and helped us with every little thing. The hot springs in the snow were amazing, and the dinner was delicious, definitely recommend having dinner with them! The little town was so beautiful in the snow!

Highly recommended!!! I had the most amazing time at the Huanxi Hot Spring Hotel. I stayed for 2 nights during spring festival. Jackie, the owner is an amazing host, super friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area and give recommendations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! We woke up to the most amazing snow, the local area is stunning and even more magical. The hotsprings are super hot and amazing in the snow. Jackie was kind enough to drive us to our next hotel when we left, he is amazing. Thank you Jackie and your amazing team. I look forward to another visit.

1，交通，跟着導航沒問題，管家提前給了定位，挺好的。2，整體感受，叫酒店呢沒有酒店管理到位，更偏向民宿。看得出是有年頭，設施明顯老。趕上下雨，屋頂都漏了，第一次遇到。浴室燈泡壞了，陽台門鎖也有問題。3，先説好，管家比較敬業，基本隨叫隨到。4，開始吐槽，商品圖片有偏差，不展開説為啥，希望老闆具體店面就具體圖片，我奔着身後那片茶山去的，沒想到是疊拼圖。酒店軟包，請更新，都不敢碰，椅子都是墊着坐的。總之，如經營就在意。

如實反饋——800多的民宿沒有想象中的親切美好 1.房間內有老鼠屎 2.房間內無燒水壺 3.出門晚餐前再想衹要“一瓶水”被生硬直接拒絕，還不如500的公寓酒店 4.不值錢的衣物確實落在酒店，請求幫助找一下，態度不夠耐心和善。

Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的顧客您好，實在抱歉我們的一些不足之處，給您造成了不快體驗。但是還請容許我們解釋幾句。1、房間燈罩上的那顆不是老鼠屎，我們也不認識，因此還特意網上查了以下的，頭上帶白點的是壁虎屎，可能是壁虎在房間沒人的時候，通過門縫或者瓦縫進了房間留下的，壁虎怕人，有人在房間的時候，它是不會進去的。2、房間無燒水壺。那天確實是因為太忙了，後來忘記放回去了。我們的燒水壺是每個房間標配一個的，每天會統一拿去除垢消毒。3、“一瓶水”問題。確實是我們培訓沒到位。民宿員工全部畢業於酒店管理學校或來自星級酒店，對於規章制度還是比較遵守的，説白了就是比較死板，我們的商品在員工交班時需要對當班次的進銷存做對賬的，所以員工也不太好直接拿了就送。我們今後也會做出相應的培訓，轉變酒店式的思維，給員工一定的權限，有特殊情況可以先做了再彙報解釋。再次向您誠摯的道歉，也歡迎您隨時再來，一定給您賓至如歸的服務。

很有特色的一家民宿，隱沒在羣山之中，裝修有點古典，特色是有兩個大温泉，一熱一温，晚上拍照效果很好，可以拍貴妃出浴圖哦，早餐也不錯，也可以提前預訂午餐和晚餐。每間民宿旁邊都有小溪，小朋友比較感興趣。附近也有其他民宿，咖啡館各種的，沒事可以逛逛，但是這家特徵鮮明一點。

攝影技術有限，房間大概也就是這個樣子了，剛從攜程上訂了民宿，就有民宿管家聯繫我到店時間，用餐習慣等等，在這必須給小鄭管家點贊，其實環境和設施應該給3星半或者4星，但是小鄭管家和其他的三位（女孩）管家服務太好了，她們四位是來這家店實習的，服務熱情，百問不厭，所以她們的熱情周到彌補了環境和設施的不足，給小鄭管家點贊👍！設施：一般民宿有的都有衞生：鄉村的環境懂的都懂，還是很不錯的環境：交通有些不便，温泉的水要及時換換服務：這個是真的沒説，熱情周到，

房間乾淨整潔，菜品特色美味，店長熱情好客，泳池遊戲機是孩子的最愛，大人可以麻將機KTV，店家後山還有一大片茶場，茶水免費喝，山好水好茶好人好，親子出行值得推薦！
