Good location. Near UGM campus. Lots of restaurants and small kiosks nearby. Very limited parking spaces

All the staff here is very friendly, location is ok. The problem is the rooms, the rooms needs a lot of renovations and improvements starting from the dirt stained carpets, the mattress, the door is hard to open, and last the bidet’s water has an unpleasant smells, some amenities already rusty and can do some upgrade about the breakfast and interior.

Love the location.

Pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, check in cepat, lokasi strategis di tengah kota, mau kemana2 gampang.

Lokasi strategis di Jln Gejayan, dekat dengan spot kuliner gudeg bromo. Sayangnya parkiran terbatas dan sempat ada kecoak di kamar mandi. Tapi petugas sigap menyelesaikan. Soal kamar, sempat ada perdebatan dengan alasan kamar sudah penuh tercheckin. Padahal ada kawan kami yg blm checkin. Mohon dapat diperbaiki layanan di bagian front officenya.

Sangat bagus posisi nya ,mudah mencari makan banyak restoran,hanya harganya relatif mahal jika dgn sarapan Parkir luas

Lokasi hotel berada dipinggir jalan utama sehingga memudahkan kita untuk mencarinya. kamar cukup luas dan cukup nyaman untuk istirahat Pelayanan oke.

Ada beberapa tempat kurang bersih, seperti di bawah ranjang saya menemukan kelabang, dan saat akan sarapan, ada beberapa hewan kecil di roti, untuk brakfast, waffle nya enak Mohon maaf g kefoto

Good team, good Service, and excellent hospitality.. Nice ballroom with amazing videotron.. Kamar sangat bersih, kamar mandi bersih, kasur nyaman dan empuk, dan breakfast enak.. last but not least, Thank you for your warm support Bu Desy.. Overall excellent!

Thankyou for having us. My honest review is 1. all of employee was very friendly, cheerful, and so helpful 2. The taste of food so delicious. 3. There was a playland for my baby (Please clean and tidy up reguraly to make the children being comfort) 4. The singer was very multitalented. It was memorable. Thankyou 🤩🤩

Menu sarapan bervariasi and mostly taste good. The room service is very helpful. Overall it’s really nice to stay in Grand Tjokro Yogyakarta… Thank you Grand Tjokro’s team for the warm experience. Hope to see you again in the near future! Matur nuwun
