Kamar bagus bersih hanya pas saya check in dapet kamar yg bau rokok, pdhl sdh pesan yg non smoking. Crombolini setiap di pesan slalu tidak tersedia :( sudah 2x pesan dengan hari yg berbeda, tetap saja di bilang tidak tersedia

Breakfast is alright. Very good service from the hotel staff. Soundproofing of rooms not as good but doesn’t affect me.

Non un hotel standard di 5 stelle. Ok per cliente locale, NO per stranieri. 1. Check-in veloce: il personale è bello 2.L'igiene è terribile: la tintura del sangue, la tintura del tinta trovata nel letto e le mutandine. Il personale di pulizia è ben addestrato a nascondere la tintura. 2 notti sono dormite con la tintura del sangue. L'armadio è sporco, non può usarlo. 3. Camera: le tende non possono bloccare la luce solare, vi farà svegliare alle 6 di mattina.La prova del suono della camera richiede miglioramento, la porta balcone è chiusa MA con lacuna, il suono della strada entra direttamente. 4. Spa: menu nella stanza con ogni prezzo di servizio indicato. Ma la ricezione spa ridicola ha informato il prezzo minimo di 320.000 IDR indipendentemente da quale sezione hai scelto. 5. La posizione è equa, vicina a tutti.
