The property has nice gardens and it is one of the only hotels that offer coffee at 6am and not much later like others. when we saw the pictures online it shows people eating at the tables by the coffee station so we assumed they had a restaurant but it doesn’t…a bit misleading. The beds are not the most comfortable ones and the rooms have no A/C so it an get hot. They do offer a small fan but it still felt hot. On the other hand the staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! Everyone helped us with a smiley face and made us feel comfortable.

Mold smell. Old bulding with kimited ventilation. Electric fan loud. Could hear next room's conversation.

Nice property, very convenient for city centre, well run and reaonably priced. Good facilities inc warm, good pressure shower. Free cofffee and teac but need to get breakfast elsewhere , but plenty places available for that.

Very convenient and helpful staff. Quiet with a modest courtyard. Our only complaint was our specific room - #5 - it was damp and musty, perhaps because it is located on the first floor, right next to the washer/dryer doing sheets, towels, etc. We suspect second floor much nicer.

Property is small, clean and in a very convenient location to walk around antigua and thats about it,
No restaurant or pool or any other service in the premises but many good restaurants around area.
Rooms are very small ok place just to sleep.

The best aspect of this property is by far the staff. The front desk is excellent. It is beautiful hotel with lots of places to relax and prepare for your next amazing day. Would definitely come back again.
