Hotel in zona Tennyson Street Cultural District, Denver

We stayed here in December and were thoroughly disappointed by our stay. As it was advertised as an ”upscale, premium” hostel we thought it worth it to pay a little more but the actual hostel rooms and amenities were equivalent to most other hostels. Then, during our first night we were woken up at 4am on the first night to three men yelling at each other and physically fighting with each other before it sounded like somebody tumbled down the stairs. Afterwords we heard them yelling and shouting for another half hour or so while one of them was audibly retching. After a while one or another of them began yelling repeatedly ”help! someone help!”. At this my partner got out of bed and stuck his head out to find out what was happening and was told it was a ”long story, don't worry about it” by the person throwing up who may also have worked at the hostel. We later learned that the hostel is above a music venue and the two businesses share an elevator. It's possible that the scuffle we heard was caused by concert goers who had drunkenly wandered into the hostel, but that didn't necessarily make us feel any safer After that first night, we decided to stay somewhere else, rather than risk another night of interrupted sleep when we had wedding events to attend the next day. Upon check-out we inquired whether we might be able to cancel our second night because of the disturbance but the staff member told us that ”it's a hostel, that's kind of what you get.” We did not get our money back. I've stayed at many hostels and have never experienced something like this. If you're choosing between this hostel and a more expensive hotel closer in to the Mall or the Milk Block, go with the hotel. The savings aren't worth it.

Non poteva essere meglio per il nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo chiesti un check-in precoce e il coordinamento per la nostra richiesta era eccellente. Tutte le comunicazioni erano calde e rispondenti. Le camere erano semplicemente bellissime e il cibo era incredibile. Parcheggio sicuro e facile per il nostro veicolo. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno e saremo di nuovo.

Tutto andava bene, nessuna lamentela oltre al fatto che la colazione che non vedevo l'ora dal mio ultimo soggiorno in hotel (affari diversi) non offriva la colazione a causa del covid.. per scoprire che la colazione è solo una mini ciotola di cereali / barrette multicereali. Nessuna colazione calda come pensavo quando mi è stato detto che era stata offerta la colazione. La mia colpa per aver supposto e ancora una volta che ho capito è una precauzione di stato, non colpa delle aziende.

La stanza è grande, il panorama è molto buono intorno alla strada. Ci sono angoli circostanti, e il supermercato è conveniente per mangiare

Great place to stay. Room was very clean, Hotel was awesome, but what impressed me the most was the staff, from the front desk, to the room attendants, and maintenance. I encountered all of them during my 3 night visit, and I believe that I received the highest quality of customer service possible.
