We had a pleasant 2 night stay at Magnolia Hotel. The room was quiet, modern, comfortable, and clean. We decided to stay at the Magnolia because it was within walking distance to Union Station (where we caught our shuttle to Red Rocks) and 16th Street Mall (where we could explore shops, restaurants, bars, etc...) Pro Tip: Based on another reviewer's advice, we used SpotHero to park. Saved SO much money! Magnolia charges $59/night to park. SpotHero found us a parking spot in the parking ramp that is adjacent to the hotel for $53.49 total for our 2 night stay. Since we didn't plan on driving around Denver, this was a huge savings!

Per info avevo un seguito all'ultimo piano, e quando arrivai, mi sono preso la pena di dire loro che parlare in inglese non era facile per me e che non era la mia lingua originale. E Jusye WOW adoravo il mio soggiorno con loro. Non ho alcun punto negativo, molto confortevole, il letto come il divano, molto spazio, Internet funziona bene, per la doccia per me la pressione dell'acqua è importante e non sono stato deluso, perché la pressione del getto d'acqua era perfetta (non troppo forte, non troppo bassa), molto buona insonorizzazione, non ho sentito nulla, ho anche riuscito a dormire come un bambino, il personale è stato super gentile, gentile, E mi hanno aiutato a trovare il percorso meno costoso per tornare all'aeroporto e anche mostrarmi che siamo stati la fermata più vicina. Erano tutti molto utile. Al colazione, WOW!!! Una cosa che ho notato è che in altri luoghi non fanno questo tipo di servizio, una persona molto gentile viene a prendere la tua sedia quando è vuota, ogni mattina c'era qualcosa di piccolo che cambiava, quindi non mangi Sempre la stessa cosa, ci sono certamente alcune cose che sono rimangono ciò che è normale e, oltre a essere stato più popolare, ho adorato poter fare dei gaffle ogni mattina, ci sono molte, ma vere molte scelte. Non esitate a scegliere questo hotel per me se devo tornare a Denver, prenderò questo hotel. Ps.: Mi dispiace per le foto un pugno sbagliato, ho preso un video ma non ho trovato come inviare il mio video, quindi ho preso screenshot del mio video per poter vedere la mia successiva.

Room was large, clean, and had a large balcony. Intense air freshener was in use throughout the hotel, including in my room. Pillows are small and square. Bed is quite firm. Walls are thin --- I could hear my neighbors as though they were in the room with me. No water in room, even for purchase. I saw some guests getting bottled water at check-in but I wasn't offered any. Check-in process is antiquated, which is not a big deal, but it's strange to see somebody pull a piece of paper out of a file folder and ask you to initial in four places and sign at the bottom. Room keys have to be inserted instead of tapped. Also not a big deal, but just a sign of the age of the property. I made this trip last-minute and could literally find no other room in downtown Denver for under $1200/night. So, this will get the job done for one night. It's fine. I wouldn't return if I had another option.

The staff was so helpful and nice. The room I stayed was in the 5th floor to the downtown side. The view was awesome. Room was very clean with all new furniture. I was there for the concert in Fillmore. I will be back and stay there again.

Hospitality is defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. To most, those are just words but to those in the hospitality industry, it’s an honor code that one lives by in not only work but in life. The Ritz Carlton Denver is a role model for true genuine hospitality. The level of passion, kindness and pure sincerity that this entire Team exudes sets them apart from any and all other hotels I have ever experienced. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend’s experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone’s goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! Concert tickets were handled, flights were secured and then of course it came time to book the hotel, obviously it had to be the best because this kid deserves nothing less. I reached out to the Ritz Carlton Denver as their reputation is regarded as the best, not looking for any handouts or comp rooms, but merely to make the hotel aware of the situation for a Harvey and his mom when they arrived. I had absolutely NO IDEA that this property and Team would have made this the most incredible experience Harvey has ever had and will cherish forever. I want to start by thanking Brad Mills, GM, for personally responding to the initial email sent about Harvey and for personalizing that conversation rather than just sending a generic reply and comping a room.
