OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:-Fast WiFi, poor cell service for some, Verizon is good-Basement apartment in a single family home. -Large dog that can be heard upstairs, but we try and manage the noise.-No separate thermostat; however, we’re happy to adjust the temp for you. We also have a space heater and fans on request.-Space is best suited for no more than 6 adults + kids (some baby proofing, but not entirely)-The outdoor spaces are SHARED including the Hot Tub and BBQ; however, we’re glad to coordinate with you to provide privacy.-Stairs upon entry-420 friendly inside and outside.
