Ho prenotato questo hotel perché stavo tornando a casa da un viaggio che ho fatto a ovest. Denver era la mia tappa per la notte e ho prenotato questo hotel perché avevo bisogno di un posto dove dormire. Il parcheggio costa 30$ per 1 notte. È folle per un hotel farti pagare per parcheggiare la tua auto. Il letto era scomodo Ho prenotato due letti matrimoniali uno per me e mia moglie e uno per i bambini. Il nostro meglio è stato il letto più scomodo su cui abbia mai dormito.

Mio marito e io abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni qui e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La stanza era pulita e bello. E il letto era molto comodo!! La posizione era anche grande. Il parcheggio è costretto a pagare un costo giornaliero di $35, ma ci sono molti altri parcheggi chiusi per molto meno. L'ascensore era estremamente lento e una parte del nostro pavimento era in costruzione. Inoltre, l'acqua della piscina era troppo calda. Può essere elencato sul loro sito come riscaldato, ma non ero pronto. Era 98 gradi fuori e non potevamo nemmeno sederci nella piscina. La più grande denuncia era il servizio. Ho chiesto a uno dei signori del dipartimento di fronte se potessimo portare delle bevande al piscine superiore o se ci fosse un servizio bar e non aveva idea. La sua risposta era: ”Penso che tu possa? Quando siamo arrivati alla piscina e cercarono di ordinare cibo e bevande, mi dissero che dovevamo scendere e ordinare dal bar e prendere dal bar. Qual è la cosa buona, ma nella zona della piscina hanno letteralmente un telefono, accanto a un menu, e un segno che diceva di usare questo telefono per ordinare cibo?? Anche loro hanno solo le ore di colazione e cena menzionate, ma quando ho chiesto se stanno anche per pranzo, lei non era sicura e mi ha messo in attesa per controllare. Era solo un po' ingannivole. Come non sai se servi anche a pranzo? L'unico servizio fantastico che abbiamo avuto è stato il barista che abbiamo avuto per pranzo e bevande. Era consapevole e veloce per prendersi cura di noi. Nel complesso 4/5 soggiorno alberghiero. Probabilmente torneremmo dal momento che il letto era comodo e la camera era bella e spaziosa.

While juggling several incoming phone calls, she - with graciousness , poise & efficiency - was able to procure the coffee I needed, provide a courtesy check-out time and recommend what turned out to be the best breakfast restaurant recommendation ever! In large last because of Lisa, our stay at the Magnolia was wonderful!

Le Meridien Denver Downtown is a beautiful hotel with nicely sized, updated rooms that offer a comfortable stay. The rooftop bar was a highlight, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Cool hotel, but I think a little over priced. For what ended up being about a $500 per night cost I think the hotel is a bit more expensive than it should be. I'm happy to pay up for a more supreme experience, but in the end I thought was a little too expensive for what it was. We chose a Mountain View room and were glad we did that. We had a nice view for the two days we were there. The room was very spacious. Bed was good, but not super comfortable. Bathroom was large and very nice. We both made the comment that the hallways were wide and bright. Very nice. The employees at the desk and the 4th floor terrace were very nice and friendly. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 review was the value of the cost. Again, I'm happy to pay up for a hotel, but it seemed kind of ordinary for the cost. Could maybe spend $300 a night nearby for the same type of room.

We were a couple and stayed for 2 nights. It was the least enjoyable hotel experience in quite some time. Positives - 1. Bathroom in room was clean and decent sized. 2. A shuttle to Red Rocks leaves from the lobby of the hotel. Convenient location for that purpose. Negatives - 1. Entire 1st floor lobby and restaurant smelled like sewage the entire time. Worst consistent hotel odor we have ever experienced. 2. We booked a king bed. They gave us a queen. ”We are sold out of king beds”. Asked for reduced rate or other compensation. Was told ”nope”. 3. Wifi only worked on our first night there. After that no wifi available. 4. Ordered room service breakfast prior to going to bed. Received phone call the next morning, which woke us up ”Sorry, no breakfast can be served, our systems are down”. 5. No online check out. 6. Online amenities say ”Free wine and beer served afternoons”. No beer available, only wine. 7. Hotel is old and shows it big time. 8. Room was very dark, small, and uninviting. 9. Rates are pricey. Bottom line: This is a very poor hotel choice. Downtown Denver, there are plenty of far superior options available, including the Residence Inn Denver City Center right next door, where we stayed last time we were in Denver. Cannot recommend.

The Ritz Carlton Denver is a role model for true genuine hospitality. The level of passion, kindness and pure sincerity that this entire Team exudes sets them apart from any and all other hotels I have ever experienced. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend’s experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone’s goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! Concert tickets were handled, flights were secured and then of course it came time to book the hotel, obviously it had to be the best because this kid deserves nothing less. I reached out to the Ritz Carlton Denver as their reputation is regarded as the best, not looking for any handouts or comp rooms, but merely to make the hotel aware of the situation for a Harvey and his mom when they arrived. I had absolutely NO IDEA that this property and Team would have made this the most incredible experience Harvey has ever had and will cherish forever. I want to start by thanking Brad Mills, GM, for personally responding to the initial email sent about Harvey and for personalizing that conversation rather than just sending a generic reply and comping a room.
