Amazing place beautiful inside so clean spotless Stef , was amazing hostess..breakfast was so good great food all fresh..this place goes that Extra mile beds 🛌 so Comfortable showers are amazing from start to finish Stephanie .Was amazing did everything for us Would definitely recommend this place 💯. Everything was perfect for our whole stay. A lovely welcome from Steph who made us feel right at home from the start. Courtyard Room was so comfortable and we slept very well. Also great breakfasts in the morning with everything you could want provided. We would definitely book there again.

Steph warmly welcomed us to Grove Barn. The b n b is situated in the tranquil location of Denton. The facilities are first class with added touches of fresh milk available for guests in a small fridge near to the entrance. Steph' s breakfasts were delicious and nothing was too much trouble which included hints and tips on the bus service for Park and Ride into Norwich. We would highly recommend Grove Barn for a perfect getaway with on site parking, the comfiest bed offering excellent night's sleep with cleanliness a definite 10/10.

Steph was so helpful when we had issues booking, and then had to make a last minute change. I can’t thank her enough for that. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, exactly what you’d want for a relaxing break. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented both days, I have no hesitation in recommending Grove Barn

We stayed here for 3 nights early May, the accommodation cannot be faulted, ours was the Courtyard room. The breakfast menu has a good range and the food was very good quality. Steph was a brilliant host, welcoming and accommodating. The location is rural but less than 10 minutes in the car to Harleston; very good base for exploring the local area and then retreating for a relaxed evening. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we are back over this way.

A rural setting , but only about a mile of narrow lanes and we are used to that, led to a beautifully appointed guest house. Lovely room, fresh milk available, a wide range of breakfast, good parking and a high standard of furniture, bedding, and a beautiful large shower room. Thoughtful host who provided useful information. If we are that way again we will be back.

Such a cute place to stay it was in a very rural place with not much around so lovely for a relaxing evening away. We stayed in medow view, the room was a good size and the beds were so comfy! The bathroom was also huge! Breakfast in the morning tasty and very filling! The hosts were anmazing and very accommodating. It was lovely to meet you and thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect location for a quiet restful weekend away. Booked last minute and Steph kindly accommodated us in her charming bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Courtyard Room which was perfect. Roomy, lovely decor and furniture. Warm and cosy with a nice spacious bathroom. Modern and clean with nice touches. Freshly prepared breakfast with locally sourced ingredients prepared perfectly. Friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October and had a lovely break, the accommodation cannot be faulted. We had the full English breakfast on our 1st morning and the continental on the 2nd and which ever you choose, you will not be disappointed. The hosts Steph and Alan were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be going back but will probably be in June/July to hopefully get some better weather.
