New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 9 near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT SITE IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed and not be allowed into the cottage.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).2 dogs max. Scoop up after them. This cottage was perfect for our family of 3. Clean, updated and so cozy. We definitely will be saving this property for our future cape trips!

Really met our needs
Chris is a great host. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the house is clean and easy to use. We wished that the closets had been empty for our use, but there are enough hooks and things to hang clothes on that it was a minor issue. The location near Dennisport is very convenient to both Dennis and Harwich though a little tricky to get to depending on how you're approaching. Overall, a great stay and like I said, totally met our needs for 2025.

Great location
This was our third year staying at this location. We love the new addition to the property We love the closeness to some of our favorite cape cod locations. Chris is wonderful to work with and is a great communicator. Thanks Chris !

Delightful Stay
The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very well organized and stocked with loads of pots and pans and anything else you might want.

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood
Cozy little Cape in a quiet neighborhood a 15 min walk from the beach. There’s not a ton of shops or restaurants in the nearby town but we enjoyed it as a home base for exploring the area

Great stay!
We had a better than expected stay. Super cute, comfortable house in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Great yard for the dogs. Wish we stayed longer!

Quaint and sweet
This is just what you need when you need simplicity with amenities! Very clean and relaxing and with the beach a half mile away was an added bonus. Chris was very quick with responses to some questions and made sure all was well! Thanks Chris! I enjoyed myself immensely!
