Hotel in zona Kayaoğlu Plaza, Denizli

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! Hotel molto decente e vicino al dolce di cotone Pammukale. Ogni camera ha un balcone privato. Colazione complementare è buona. C'è una piscina che è ben mantenuta. Il check-in tardivo è stato facile e comodo. Può vedere baloncini di aria calda volare solo dalla balcone della stanza.

Siamo arrivati a Pamukkale al mattino alle 5.30 dopo l’autobus notturno da Goreme. Avevo chiesto all’hotel se fosse possibile avere una camera con check in anticipato e mi hanno detto che non potevano garantirlo per l’alta stagione ma che potevamo lasciare tranquillamente i bagagli. Una volta arrivati invece la stanza era disponibile, grande, pulita e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è molto variegata e internazionale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante e anche il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione non è eccezionale ma Pamukkale è talmente piccola che si impiegano 15 min al massimo ad essere nella zona dei ristoranti.

A prima vista, l'ambiente e le condizioni sembrano molto elevate, ci sono nuoto, piccolo cortile interno, giardino, ma le condizioni interne e l'igiene sono generali.Il bagno è cattivo; non ci sono spazzole sul letto, ci sono spazzole e cappelli, e la notte è molto timido; ci sono tracce e capelli non puliti sul letto; La colazione è molto comune.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı. Gayet iyi bir hizmet vardı. Yemekleri çok lezzetliydi konum olarak şehrin gürültüsünden uzak olduğu için sakindi her şey için teşekkür ederim

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Only 15 minutes from Hieropolis. Even without the medication snafu the service was incredible. çok teşekkür ederim from Bisher
