Hotel in zona Karaçay Creek, Denizli

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

Siamo arrivati a Pamukkale al mattino alle 5.30 dopo l’autobus notturno da Goreme. Avevo chiesto all’hotel se fosse possibile avere una camera con check in anticipato e mi hanno detto che non potevano garantirlo per l’alta stagione ma che potevamo lasciare tranquillamente i bagagli. Una volta arrivati invece la stanza era disponibile, grande, pulita e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è molto variegata e internazionale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante e anche il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione non è eccezionale ma Pamukkale è talmente piccola che si impiegano 15 min al massimo ad essere nella zona dei ristoranti.

Hotel molto decente e vicino al dolce di cotone Pammukale. Ogni camera ha un balcone privato. Colazione complementare è buona. C'è una piscina che è ben mantenuta. Il check-in tardivo è stato facile e comodo. Può vedere baloncini di aria calda volare solo dalla balcone della stanza.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there’s no glasses for drinking water or brushing teeth. There are also just a couple cloth hangers in the closet. I have to request to get a few more for my family. The breakfast is standard Turkish style. Be prepared to pay with cash if you have not pre-paid in advance. Also the lady owner seems a little stingy as she asked us to take a picture of the map instead of giving it to us free as all the other hotels.

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! Il mio soggiorno nel Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel non era altro che meraviglioso! Il personale ha accolto il tono con un caldo benvenuto, offrendo bevande e frutti freschi al nostro arrivo. Nonostante il nostro check-in tardivo, si sono spinti sopra e oltre, anche offrendo di mandarci in un ristorante vicino per un piacevole pasto. Il ricevitore, un gentiluomo più conosciuto, è diventato il nostro guidatore della zona, condividendo generosamente le idee sulla cultura locale e le cose che fanno e non fanno. migliorare la nostra esperienza globale. La stanza è dotata di balcone, il personale ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in alto, la stanza è pulita e confortevole. Per impostare qualche aspettativa, non hanno fornito la bottiglia minerale nella stanza, quindi forse potresti voler chiedere l'acqua in alto, se hai bisogno di essa o se non hai nessuna. La colazione era grande (come per picco). Sono serviti un grande colazione per camera. Abbiamo goduto di vista sul palloncino caldo durante il nostro colazione. L'hotel è molto vicino a Hierapolis e Travertine. Grazie Bellamaritimo Hotel!
