Il proprietario è molto gentile. C'è un soggiorno separato all'interno e il Wi-Fi funziona bene. Anche i bagni sono puliti. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto perché era una sistemazione spaziosa. Penso che sarebbe bello avere una famiglia unita. Anche Pamukkale è vicina, quindi puoi camminare. Ci sono anche molti deliziosi ristoranti nei dintorni. È stato bello poter parcheggiare davanti a casa. Il prezzo era economico, ma le strutture erano così buone che mi sono divertito. Se ho molto tempo, vorrei restare qualche giorno in più.

Nonostante il nostro check-in tardivo, si sono spinti sopra e oltre, anche offrendo di mandarci in un ristorante vicino per un piacevole pasto. De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.

Siamo arrivati a Pamukkale al mattino alle 5.30 dopo l’autobus notturno da Goreme. Avevo chiesto all’hotel se fosse possibile avere una camera con check in anticipato e mi hanno detto che non potevano garantirlo per l’alta stagione ma che potevamo lasciare tranquillamente i bagagli. Una volta arrivati invece la stanza era disponibile, grande, pulita e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è molto variegata e internazionale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante e anche il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione non è eccezionale ma Pamukkale è talmente piccola che si impiegano 15 min al massimo ad essere nella zona dei ristoranti.

It's well located near denizli otogar station (main bus station), let's start by mentioning the good points: + the spa offers good massage services + the reception desk staff are so helpful + the breakfast buffet was ok As for the points that need improvement : - we stayed in 5 different rooms, all of the bathrooms and some of the bed need replacement - the rooms doors also need serious maintenance

Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean. Standard room size. Mattress is firm and of western size. Beddings/towels are crisp and clean. Has fridge, TV, full sized and vanity mirrors, safe, baggage rack, lounge chair with side table... Location is fantastic. Just in front of the main bus terminal. The train station is about 300 meters. Breakfast buffet is ample and decent. A very good kebab and pide restaurant right at the back of the block. Turkcell dealer close to the hotel and sells sim for tourists at half the price quoted in airport. Look for Ibrahim, a very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. In fact, everyone working at this hotel is helpful and polite. A steal for the price.

Güzel otel ve personeller, memnun kaldık. Ancak sivrisinek mi yoksa başka bir şey mi vardı bilmiyoruz ama bütün gece kaşındık. Belki deterjan alerjisi olabilir, belki minik yatak hayvanları olabilir. Dikkat etmek de fayda var.
