Hotel in zona BOYATEK BOYA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ, Denizli

I am absolutely appalled by the standard of practice of eliminating the risk of Corona virus by this hotel. We came from a very long trip with high expectations of staying and resting at a clean and well known franchise hotel in Turkey. There are posters with information and rules of staying safe with the Corona Virus visible and there was also a disinfectant spray procedure carried out on our luggages. But it is all for show. The staff member had no idea what was being used in the disinfectant spray. Nothing is being genuinely practiced. The hygiene practice was absolutely disgusting. We went into our room to find the floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception to notify them, no one had picked up the phone. We also tried the landline contact number a couple of times and again no answer. My husband had to walk down to reception and ask the staff to change our rooms immediately. The staff were not attentive and did not attend to our request immediately. When the staff member had arrived, he took us to the room and didn’t offer to take our multiple luggage’s to the new room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Run as far away as you can!!!

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

Il mio soggiorno nel Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel non era altro che meraviglioso! Il personale ha accolto il tono con un caldo benvenuto, offrendo bevande e frutti freschi al nostro arrivo. Nonostante il nostro check-in tardivo, si sono spinti sopra e oltre, anche offrendo di mandarci in un ristorante vicino per un piacevole pasto. Il ricevitore, un gentiluomo più conosciuto, è diventato il nostro guidatore della zona, condividendo generosamente le idee sulla cultura locale e le cose che fanno e non fanno. migliorare la nostra esperienza globale. Dato il consiglio sull'acqua di copertura, l'hotel ha preso particolare cura di fornire un'abbondanza di acqua potabile con bottiglia, completamente gratuita. È un hotel moderno e perfetto. Mi sorprende che non sia 5 stelle, perché è uno dei migliori hotel che ho soggiornato in Turchia. Il servizio è grande, un ampio buffet di cibo. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, e qualunque cosa ne abbia bisogno, l'hotel vi aiuterà con tutto.

Stayed as member of group tour. We were given 2 big rooms which were having all facilities including fitness bycycle. Bathroom was big and having nice tub. Breakfast was normal and buffet dinner was so so as it was practically too crowded because of many groups.Hotel is in very isolated place where some industrial buildings are situated. Hotel is good for 3 star category.

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Only 15 minutes from Hieropolis. Even without the medication snafu the service was incredible. çok teşekkür ederim from Bisher

Il proprietario è molto gentile. C'è un soggiorno separato all'interno e il Wi-Fi funziona bene. Anche i bagni sono puliti. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto perché era una sistemazione spaziosa. Penso che sarebbe bello avere una famiglia unita. Anche Pamukkale è vicina, quindi puoi camminare. Ci sono anche molti deliziosi ristoranti nei dintorni. È stato bello poter parcheggiare davanti a casa. Il prezzo era economico, ma le strutture erano così buone che mi sono divertito. Se ho molto tempo, vorrei restare qualche giorno in più.

Bellissimo hotel camera spaziosa con balcone bagno giusto e tutto funzionante. La sala da pranzo enorme c'è anche una sala che si attraversa per accedere alla sala da pranzo dove si può mangiare, in questa pre sala ci sono delle cotture espresse e la mattina per la colazione ci si trovano le macchine per il caffè,cappuccio ecc ecc. Ho mangiato molto bene tutto di buona qualità la parte espressa buonissima pesce alla griglia oppure kebab una pizza fatta anch'essa espressa ripiena di carne e verdure o semplice tipo focaccia. Devo dire un bel hotel.

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.
