Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bar 900 m, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The outdoor space is perfect with the swimming pool, table with parasol, parking for at least 2 vehicles inside, and a beautiful olive tree to be able to get in the shade on the deckchairs. The interior is modern, with a large air-conditioned living room,
