Hotel Wienerhof

Friendly staff at the Weinerhoff hotel and location is great for town centre (shops / restaurants) and train station but really over priced for what I’d call a very low 3 star hotel. Food is also below average unfortunately and breakfast not the best. Bottomless coffee is a bonus as there are some lovely areas inside to sit

Stayed at the Wienerhof on two separate occasions for one night while going to/returning from an offshore job. The hotel is clean, friendly and has all amenities required. Rooms are ok for one or two nights but I wouldn’t want to stay for an extended period due to room size

When we stayed in this hotel it was the first one one of the locals pointed us to so w got a night after a long bus journey so the first thing I did was to go for a shower with when I first stepped in was scalding hot then when you try get a nice temperature it fluctuates between boiling hot and freezing cold the double bed is not and actual double bed but 2 single mattresses squeezed into one bed cover and extremely uncomfortable poor quality like everything else in hotel the "steak" I ordered could not be described as a steak rather some random cut of beef tough as leather for the price I'd at least expect a ribeye chips clearly frozen and sauce from a packet the decor is dated at best wierd and creepy at worst like some old dutchmans farm has manifested its self into furniture breakfast is also a joke old nasty cheese and questionable bland and wierd texture scrambled eggs more like an omlate I could handle all of this if the price was reasonable but 150 for the night is definitely to much I would have been happy with the 50 to 70 range but to be honest I have stayed in hotels for that price that far outshine this dust pit owners clearly more interested in money than providing any form of decent service the one good thing I can say is the location that you can go straight outside and leave to a propper place with normal standards like amsterdam do not waste your money on this to be avoided at all costs

De kamer was geboekt door mijn bedrijf in de buurt van de Marine haven, maar viel enorm tegen. Twee losse bedden, kleine kamer en kleine badkamer met douche. Meer is het niet. De toegang tot de kamer was door het cafe/restaurant waar op dat moment een groep ouderen aan het kaarten waren. De prijs voor dit alles 129 per nacht zonder ontbijt. Ik was zo teleurgesteld dat ik gelijk via booking naar andere opties heb gezocht. Binnen no time gevonden: 14 km verder een ruim appartement in een stolpboederij. Parkeerplaats voor de deur in tegenstelling tot Wienerhoff Hotel. En bovendien ook nog eens 30 euro goedkoper. Helaas moeten we de kosten van de nacht in Wienerhoff wel betalen, omdat niet 24 uur van te voren geannuleerd is. Vandaar deze review. Bezint voor ge begint aan dit hotel.
