Hotel in zona Chain Lakes Loop, Deming

Sono rimasto qui, ho soggiornato in molti hotel diversi a Bellingham e questo non è stato il più bello, ma è stato il mio preferito!! Mi piaceva la cucina e il personale utile. Non si può battere il prezzo e la stanza è estremamente comoda! La posizione era proprio accanto a tutto forse non la migliore posizione se sei il tipo ritzy, ma era buono per la stazione di gas di notte tardi pizza =]

Questo è un hotel molto bello in una grande zona. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno qui e mi sarebbe ripreso. Grande colazione con uova e salsa, patate e biscotti, grasso e tutti i tipi di cibo. Inoltre, 24 ore di accesso al succo e al caffè e al tè. Hanno anche un piccolo negozio di cibo e di pasti congelati e niente. La piscina non era ovviamente usata molto spesso o qualcosa del genere.Sembrava un po' dimenticata, ma ci sono ancora 5 stelle intorno.

I had booked a couple treatments at the Spa, which I had saved up gift cards from the last 3 years. I booked over the phone because I wanted a recommendation of what massage to get for back and neck pain. I unfortunately went with their recommendation which was not a massage at all. I'm not going to say which treatment it was, because it's not the employees fault, it was simply not what I was needing or asked for. I was completely mislead in choosing a treatment. And for someone who does this *maybe* once every couple years, I am beyond disappointed. I spoke to the receptionist as I was checking out. When she asked how my service was I was honest but there wasn't any mention of resolution. The response was ”I'm so sorry, your total is..”. There were a few people behind me so I checked out and left because I didn't want to hold up the line. I emailed the chrysalis after my appointment, explaining the situation and asking for a refund for the 90 minute service. They messaged back unapologetically and offered 30 minutes of a massage. I then asked if I could get a 30 minute refund instead and I never got a response. I've emailed them twice since and have received nothing. I've gone here once every few years since I was a teenager, and have recommended it to my family and friends. But I will now be telling all of them not to come to the chrysalis because the customer service in management is terrible. There are other great spas and professionals in the area, I'd recommend everyone to go somewhere else. Super lame chrysalis

Our first time staying here and we were surprised at how well kept the property is. For a 9 year old property, the place looks spanking new and very well looked after. The 2 queen bed room is large, comfortable with plenty of lighting and space for everything. We liked how the toilet and a second sink is in a separate little room. There was a little microwave and fridge which is very useful. Towels were all in excellent shape and sparkling white and hot water pressure great. The air conditioner was quiet and kept us cool. There was a full breakfast at 6 am on weekdays but we didn’t stay as we had an early flight to catch. They do give a grab and go breakfast bag which consisted of a little bottle of water, a cup of cereal, amd an oatmeal bar. They no longer run their airport shuttle so we parked at the Bellingham airport for $10 day iso pay $10 a day at the hotel. It is only a 5 mi Ute drive from hotel to airport. The property itself is also close to Fred Meyer and Costco and we will definitely return. Our only constructive criticism would be better train their new young staff to show a smile and make their guests feel welcomed as we did not get that at all. How about a smile and say “welcome” and be a true ambassador for the Marriott brand?! Hopefully with time, the young new staff will learn how to better welcome their guests and how to improve customer service.
