We Checkin during late evening ,Room are average . It’s our business trip so we must have good wifi at list to work but was not working. The boys @reception were kind of rude behavior every time while we entering and going out side to hotel for food. We have pre paid the hotels rooms bill already before going to room but still we been treat like we are running without paying the bills. We been asked serval time are you checking out , even they didn’t recognize us. We know your hotels might have lots of guest which makes u have those attitude but hospitality industry is know for services and hospitality to guest for their safety feelings and love in Unknow land. Hope this hotel staff needs more grooming to their staff .

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed with open arms and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the facilities were top notch. My family and I recently stayed at the Hotel lohmod and were delighted by the excellent service we received. Our room was spacious, modern and spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help us out with anything we needed. The food was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend the Hotel lohmod to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was great, close to many of the city's attractions and restaurants. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the food was of good quality. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel lohmod. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities were great for kids with a pool, games room and playground. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious items. The location was great too, as it was close to many attractions. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly holiday.

Me and my husband n my child visited delhi for vacation just before few days. we thought it was good by its reviews but experience was totally different. room service is not good. not even provide water bottle after room cleaning , batane k bavjud. Not good behaviour of its staff n specially manager Mr. Prabhakar. I am very dissatified n disappoint. sab vacation ki maja barbad ho gai. Not even clean their tables n cloths in dinner or breakfast area. bathroom was not clean n it was very bad smelled blanket in extra bed.even TV channel were not proper working. Inform kiya to bola bulate hai technician ko.. fir na to technician dikhe na hi wo. My suggestion is not to visit such kind of hotels n waste your money.

The worst to worst Experience I had in this hotel.. I m travelling in so many cities, states and countries and staying in different hotels..from 3 star to 7 star.. and this hotel even didn't match criteria of 1 star.. but kya kre yaha pe minus star ka option nahi so .. 2 water bottel for whole day of 500ml 😔 , Room me hum se jyada to mosquito the, bath tab leak, towel is so dirty you even skip to bath after seeing towel.. bap re.. mine 2 days was like kab finish hoge ?? stay on to road is better than staying in this hotel with this type of service and staff behaviour..
