Hotel Amby Inn

Pathetic Hotel and least bothered ***agement. We had booked 11 rooms for 3 days at this hotel for our outstation guests and we only got complaints and embarrassment from our guests. BROSTAY and OYO has taken over this property and they doing nothing accept harassing the guests. No pros only cons at this property and I will mention each one over here.. 1. Even after confirming the guest names and room preference for elder guests rooms were not allocated till the last moment. 2. Arrangement of Water/tea/Coffee not done even after confirming atleast 10 times. 3. Lift Not working so elders faced a lot of trouble climbing stairs to 1st & 2nd floor. 4. No Housekeeping or maintenance team. There is only one person all the time at the property who handles reception, HK, security, plumbing, electrician etc... so in all no facility at this property. And he also is clueless and for everything he has only one answer that I am a new joinee and I don't know anything. 5. Even after requesting the ***agement for the arrangements for our guests Pankaj & Chandan from BROSTAY who are running this property, at the last moment straight away declined that we had not committed anything and we cant do anything now. I am specifically mentioning their names so that the owners of this property also should be aware the way these guys are running this so called Hotel and I will make sure that they are informed about all these issues. 6. Kitchen not functional. Even for a cup of tea our guests had to walk 500 mtrs from this so called Hotel. 7.Leakage in almost all washrooms in all rooms. 8. Some of our guests complained that sometimes there is no water also in the toilets. 9. Rooms are never cleaned. Even after telling them to clean the room no one cares to clean them. Please never ever book rooms in this Hotel. Even after giving them bulk booking if we have faced these issues, I don't know what these guys must be doing to other guests who stays for a day or two.
