The employees were pleasant and professional. I loved the layout of the room, huge bathroom, so nice and clean.

房間很新，裝修風格現代。都不錯，附近也有餐館。就是入住時已付房費又被刷了。要重複復。後來聯繫了攜程和前台經理。説是會搞好。現在還沒有結果。希望訂金早一點正常退回。

Great property to stay at. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is ok, coffee is ok, Good area to stay. Food and shopping nearby.

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Crumbs, stains, hair, and dirt everywhere. When we brought concerns to staff, the response was, “Sorry about that.”We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Skip this one.

Had difficulty with noise in my first room, had difficulty with heat in my second room. Can’t see the tv from the sofa in the studio room.

My king size room was not available when I checked in. The clerk was rude and refused to adjust my bill. I don’t understand why my request was not honored & I didn’t get the specific size bed I reserved. Unacceptable.

The breakfast offered was unappealing. More fruit variety would have been nice. If it was one or two nights what was offered was ok. However we were there 5 and so it wasn't.
Having the person in charge of it sitting there watching was unnerving.

We ordered 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. 4 guys on a golfing trip. 1 of the rooms had 1 double bed and the hotel was sold out. Had to sleep on the floor. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!
