The cleanliness was subpar. It looked as if it was going to be a nice hotel but it was dirt build up and all the corners. I would say they would benefit more by making sure that they take the time the thorough clean the corners and the surfaces it just felt really grimy but when we checked in it was late at night and I didn't feel up to just go to another hotel. I would say that based on the uncleanliness the hotel definitely wasn't worth $100 a night they never take a look at that reevaluate how they clean. Especially when you were doing a vacation away from home you prefer to living sleeping something that is decent. It has potential I like the pictures and the bedding appear to be clean but it's suspect for sure.

Il servizio clienti è orribile

This hotel was great! It was located in a good,safe part of town with lots nearby. We ate at Wheelhouse Craft Pub & Kitchen, which was great. Ron at the front desk was awesome! When we walked in he greeted us and asked for the last name. He remembered my first name just from seeing the reservation come through. He was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The free breakfast was really, really good! I have paid for breakfast not as good as theirs. Recommended for sure! We usually stay with Hilton hotels but we might be switching brands after this stay!

C'è un mini frigo che funzionava bene. La selezione TV via cavo è molto buona con alcuni canali cinematografici inclusi. Il WiFi era molto veloce a circa 50 Mbps e affidabile. Il soggiorno offre un colazione gratuita ogni mattina e si può godere delle vostre waffles auto-prodotte. Anche le uova e il bacon sono stati spazzati, la piscina sembrava pulita e rinfrescante, ma non ho avuto tempo di fare una goccia, e mi sorprendeva che non ci fossero persone che la godessero.Il personale del front office è molto utile. Ho notato che la notte non c'era nessuno ombrello che camminava in giro e i poliziotti pattugliavano occasionalmente il posto.

C'erano teste di crack fuori dalla mia porta tutta la notte, una ha persino provato a entrare attraverso la porta collegata nella stanza. C'erano bambini che urlavano e litigavano tutta la notte. Siamo stati due notti ed entrambe le notti sono state orribili a causa dei residenti. I servizi e la pulizia erano fantastici!

Immaginabile servizio molto pulito dipendenti sono meravigliosi molto utile e il manager ha una bella personalità molto dolce e cerca di rendere il vostro soggiorno più comodo possibile, assicuratevi di avere un sorriso sul viso quando si lascia l'hotel il mio hotel preferito I Posso dire che vengo a questo hotel solo quando ho bisogno di una !
