Hotel in zona Stadtplatz, Deidesheim

Vorweg: Die bisherigen negativen Ausführungen sind überholt. Das Hotel hat an sich gearbeitet. Das fängt in der nett gestalteten Lobby und im freundlichen Empfang an. Es wurde ausführlich über alles wissenswerte informiert. Hunde sind erlaubt! Da es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze gibt, wird angeboten für 13 Euro in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Das öffentliche Parkhaus berechnet 15 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Vom Bahnhof sind es wenige Meter. Die Innenstadt ist gleich daneben. Das Hotel wurde gründlich renoviert, trotzdem sieht man dem Hotel den 70er-Flair an. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Schokolädchen wurden vermisst. Die Minibar war leer. Die Temperatur konnte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters gesteuert werden; es war eindeutig zu warm! Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert. Das Bad ist geräumig. Allerdings irritierte die Bad/Dusch-Kombi. Sehr gut bewerte ich den Roomservice, der nur auf Bestellung kommt. Ich hasse es, wenn fremde Menschen mit meinen Sachen umgehen. Das Schwimmbad ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und passend temperiert. Das Frühstück hat eine reiche Auswahl mit laktose- und glutenfreien Speisen. Die Brötchen sind allerdings Aufbackware. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gab ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Suppe ok, Hauptgang mittelmäßig. Die Desserts gingen gar nicht. Die Vanillesoße schmeckte intensiv nach Zitrone. Die Panacotta hatte eine merkwürdige Konsistenz. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Positiv: Lage, Leise,Roomservice auf Anforderung, Mitnahme von Hunden, sauber Negativ: Parken, Abendessen, Zimmer zu warm

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes und des Saalbaus. Sehr gut geeignet, wenn man ein Konzert besucht. Das 3 Sterne Hotel besticht durch die Freundlichkeit und Umsichtigkeit des Personals. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück muss besonders erwähnt werden: Hervorragend! Große Auswahl, frisch und wird ständig nachgefüllt durch das umsichtige Personal. Leider waren wir nur für 1 Nacht hier. Es war das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Vielen Dank für alles.

Già alla reception, l'equipaggio accoglie con grande amicizia i suoi ospiti. L'atmosfera accogliente e familiare è la prima delle prime. Ci hanno ricevuti Isabelle (filtra della casa) e Melissa, che erano veramente in tutto il mondo, e che hanno letto gli occhi degli ospiti (anche se ci sono maschere protettive!). Anche nel ristorante di Stefans, Isabelle vede tutto con un solo sguardo. Limburgerhof è un altro consiglio segreto, perché il punto di partenza è semplicemente ideale. Escursioni per esempio a Heidelberg, Speyer, Newtown sulla strada del vino, o per un po' in Elsa sono solo pochi buoni obiettivi. Mia moglie e io eravamo in Elsa un giorno, che è stato davvero una grande esperienza. Il parco di vacanze Haßloch è a soli 17 chilometri dall'hotel. 130 camere moderne, amiche e confortevoli e superiori, nonché suite, vi offrono una seconda casa. Una sauna, una sala fitness, un bar alberghiero, una terrazza e otto sale conferenze e seminari sono attorno alle attrezzature. L'hotel a quattro stelle è una casa ambiziosa con una cucina eccellente e un ambiente equilibrato per feste, viaggi di business e di personale e riunioni. Abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante Stefans, due notti, che è stato molto buono. Il buffet per colazione era anche una punta assoluta. Tutto ciò che il cuore desidera. Tutte le camere sono non fumatori e molto pulite, con doccia, WC, telefono, TV a schermo piatto, w-LAN e un piccolo frigorifero che si può accendere. Siamo stati qui a metà settembre per tre giorni, ma siamo sicuri che entro la primavera del 2022 ci ritroveremo nel “Residenzhotel Limburgerhof”.

Il personale è tutti molto gentile. La stanza è spaziosa e non si sente intagliata. In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Possiamo anche prenotare spontaneamente la colazione non prenota per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, nel nostro caso, la curabilità non è stata pienamente rispettata: abbiamo ordinato il servizio di pulizia quotidiano, che è un'offerta eccellente, perché non è necessario per un soggiorno così breve. La stanza era stata sempre rivolta il fine settimana, ma la stanza non era pulita al nostro arrivo. Il nodo del bagno era pieno di polvere, i vetri posti per la bottiglia d'acqua contenuta nel prezzo avevano ancora labbra di penna dal visitatore preliminare e nel lavabo c'era ancora un capello spruzzato con grassi visibili della pelle. Non abbiamo usato i bicchieri e abbiamo pulito il bagno stesso. La stanza e il bagno erano in buono stato. Per i suoi scopi, si poteva essere soddisfatti del rapporto prezzo-prezzo. Si chiede spesso se tutto sia in ordine e si può esprimere la sua critica direttamente se ci sono problemi.

First off, understand that Ludwigshafen is not a happening place. I was here for business, for which I feel the place would be adequate for a day or two stay, but not the week I was here. I titled this as ”try hard”, as that's what I hear my kids call someone who is tries hard and fails, which I feel fits since the hotel tries really hard to be modern and hip. Moxy is Marriot's new brand aimed at the youth and the copies board games, lockers, random graffiti and whatnot scattered around the lobby would imply they are going that way. Considering most of the time it was filled with old businessmen like me would say they might want to consider having this in a more appropriate location. Moxy Lu is a very spartan hotel. No restaurant to speak of - on Sunday I asked if they had any lunch offerings as nothing is around there and they told me their one and only oven, used to cook breakfast, was broken and wouldn't be working for at least a few hours. There is a very solid Italian restaurant next door but you don't want to eat that every day. There's also right now a Christmas market nearby but the opening timing for it is very variable. It's also next to the Rhine mall but understand that German business hours are earlier than American so it closes early and is closed entirely on Sunday. Rooms are clearly advertised as capsule types and they are very reminiscent of Japanese capsule rooms - a bed, bathroom, a chair, and that's it. A hook on the wall and 4 hangers is all your clothes storage, a 6 inch wide, 2 foot long glass panel sticking out from the wall is your ”desk”, and that's it. No safe, no shelves, no coffee machine, nothing. Definitely not where I wanted to spend a week, but that's not their fault. The hotel is very new and is very clean overall. Also a plus that it is very quiet. I've been in hotels where I could literally hear the person walking around next door. All that said, why 3 stars? Well, as clean as it was, there was a long black hair at eye level in the shower when I first stepped in. As I'm folically challenged, I'm certain it wasn't mine. Secondly, one of the elevators broke multiple times while I was there, once trapping a person in there for 15 minutes while I was in the lobby. He eventually tumbled out, angry, scared, and half-clothed (took off some clothes as he was feeling very hot). Said elevator was not flagged as being out of order for at least an hour after as I was in and out. Eventually it was. It had an out of order sign still on it on my second day despite being in use...assumed this was an error before the guy got caught in front of me. Not good management of an issue, I feel.

Hotel di grande impatto visivo (negli spazi comuni, meno nelle camere) nel pieno centro di Mannheim a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marktplatz: in quanto a posizione si può definire eccezionale. Prenotato tramite Trip.com al costo di 164,18€ per tre notti, due persone, colazione esclusa, posso dire che in generale si è trattato di un buon soggiorno. Da considerare però alcuni aspetti rivedibili nella gestione generale e nella risoluzione di un problema, avvenuta solo l’ultimo giorno. Al nostro arrivo siamo subito stati accolti dal personale della reception che ci ha assegnato la camera e che ci ha indicato il garage dell’Hotel. Purtroppo il parcheggio era pieno e abbiamo portato la nostra auto nel garage sotterraneo della Marktplatz. Comodissimo perché estremamente vicino all’albergo, ma leggero disagio nel trasporto dei bagagli: ci si deve andare già preparati e non lo eravamo (il personale dovrebbe avere il dettaglio degli spazi assegnati alle auto nel proprio garage). La camera ha colori orientati sullo scuro, con bagno non molto ampio dotato di doccia, asciugacapelli e prodotti omaggio. Buon Wi-Fi, televisore, cassaforte, acqua in bottiglia offerta, aria condizionata che si aziona insieme alla corrente elettrica della stanza, inserendo nell’apposito dispositivo una delle carte di accesso. Cura dei dettagli e della manutenzione in alcuni punti migliorabile ma, visto il prezzo, e visti in generale la posizione e l’ambiente della struttura, direi che non c’è assolutamente da lamentarsi. Unico problema: il frigorifero non funzionante. Dopo averlo fatto presente al personale della reception in entrambi i primi due giorni di permanenza, il problema è stato risolto con la sostituzione solo nel tardo pomeriggio del terzo e ultimo giorno. Apprezzato però il buono per due cocktail offerti nel bar dell’hotel per compensare il disguido. In generale, rivedendo alcuni punti che dovrebbero più guardare alla sostanza che all’immagine “glamour” dell’ambiente, la struttura è risultata conveniente a livello di prezzo e comodissima a livello di posizione, bello il bar e piacevole l’area-sala giochi. Credo che in presenza di tariffe simili a quelle trovate in questa occasione sarebbe nuovamente la scelta ideale per un nuovo futuro soggiorno a Mannheim.

L'architettura integrata ”moderna nel vecchio” con l'interno appropriato rende un soggiorno speciale in questo hotel. Non solo il generoso e delizioso buffet di colazione, ma anche la accoglienza del personale si riduce tutto. Solo i tessuti di filati che sicuramente sono già più abitati sulle lampade come le finestre dovrebbero essere rimossi in un momento. Molto consiglio, super posizione e super anche il garage profondo.
