Property manager and his staff have such a nice and polite behaviour. The first appearance of the property nay not look appealing, but staying with them was out best choice. Staff members fulfill every need that you may have. They are always willing to walk an extra mile. +1 point for location. Pros: it's a 4 star property. Food was good. Hotel is maintained. Cost wise great choice. Cons: location is far. It's a end of dehradun on saharanpur road. 30 minutes to clock tower. The rooms have no view, not even premium.

Location of the hotel is very good. Its in the middle of the forest. Property is very good. Specially the staff are so good and polite. Mr. Sawan, the manager of the property is so nice and humble. He makes our stay so easy and comfort. Food excellent.

this 3 star hotel in se part of dehradun is well located at the coast of rispana river and very well communicated to every part of the city and surrounding. ambience of the hotel can be well gauged from the entrance itself. the rooms are large enough having required amenities. the dining space and food quality are decent. the peripheral facilities like banquet hall, meeting places and lawn can be useful for any corporate and docial purposes. over all we enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend. sudhakar mahapatra
