Hotel in zona Jwala Devi Temple, Dehradun

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere Super Deluxe basate su informazioni disponibili online, interazione con la gestione del resort e recensioni su TripAdvisor ma il resort non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Le camere sono molto elementari con letto matrimoniale, tavoli laterali e specchio senza rack per bagagli, senza tavolo da vestire, senza sedie. Pochi sedie vecchie/danneggiate posizionate in balcone. Il bagno nella camera 301 ha un odore particolare/sbalordo come la linea di depurazione, il bagno nel 302 è troppo piccolo, non come mostrato nelle immagini. L'acqua calda insufficiente come geyser è 20/25L in 301 e 15L in 302. Immagina di ottenere acqua calda inizialmente che diventa fredda dopo che sei a metà strada in doccia. Molto cattiva esperienza nel doccia per mia moglie. Non ci sono napkins di mano/faccia forniti. Povera igiene nelle camere, ristorante. Colazione era media, gusto decente, ma menu e servizio richiedono miglioramento. Nessun frutto fresco, menu colazione limitata, tè medio, succhi. Roh afza è stato servito un giorno, succhi, caffè freddo in altri giorni. Il menu per pranzo, la cena ha molti articoli, ma non si può essere sicuri di ingredienti freschi, dato che l'occupazione del resort è bassa, quasi tutti gli ospiti nel ristorante. Le camere avevano servizio TV ma il canale IPL non era disponibile, fornito il giorno dopo. Il servizio TV è stato fermato per un giorno nel 302 perché non poteva essere caricato. L'hotel è stato creato richiede una gestione più professionale. Il segnale Wifi era molto debole anche vicino alla fonte alla ricezione. Esperienza media complessiva con le strutture e la posizione che è molto lontano dalla città. Non vale la pena le tariffe per le camere e come affermato. Il nostro rating è 1* per la qualità delle camere e servizio o l'atmosfera 2* per la vista del valle. Non consiglia a nessuno.

Hotel Samrat is an awesome property in the midst of Mussoorie. We stayed at the property on the weekend of the third week of April, 2023. Hospitality was great but the best part of the hotel is for what one visits hill station that is it's location, amazing mesmerizing view from the hotel of the Doon valley, it's a thumbs-up from my side and my family. One last comment, the property is on the Mall Road so if & when you wish to stroll the promenade of Mussoorie just jump-in in your pjs or dress-up elegantly and hit the ramp. I'm looking forward to re-visit Samrat hotel soon and this time with allegiance.

The hotel offered decent accommodations, but the food menu left much to be desired. While the rooms were nice and satisfactorily clean, the limited food options were a drawback. Additionally, the lack of network connectivity made it difficult to stay connected, and reliable wi-fi is a must in today’s world. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay. Whatever limited options they served in food were very much like home cooked food and that spoke for their potential of offering other items as well. I also realised everything thing was freshly prepared.

Prima di prenotare, ho visto molte persone dire che il cibo qui non era buono ed ero molto nervoso. Quando ho mangiato la colazione a buffet, ho trovato che andava bene, ma non c'erano molte varietà, ma la qualità era discreta. Sono le strutture a lamentarsi. Non c'è uno scomparto separato per il WC e la doccia. Era comprensibile che il progetto non fosse stato preso in considerazione in quel momento. Ma ciò che è incomprensibile è, non possiamo aggiungere una tenda da doccia? Dopo aver fatto il bagno, il bagno era schizzato e incasinato. Se vuoi usare il bagno o lavarti i denti più tardi, scusa, devi entrare.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the futur
