"Prima di prenotare, ho visto molte persone dire che il cibo qui non era buono ed ero molto nervoso. Quando ho mangiato la colazione a buffet, ho trovato che andava bene, ma non c'erano molte varietà, ma la qualità era discreta. Sono le strutture a lamentarsi. Non c'è uno scomparto separato per il WC e la doccia. Era comprensibile che il progetto non fosse stato preso in considerazione in quel momento. Ma ciò che è incomprensibile è, non possiamo aggiungere una tenda da doccia? Dopo aver fatto il bagno, il bagno era schizzato e incasinato. Se vuoi usare il bagno o lavarti i denti più tardi, scusa, devi entrare."

"Sarovar portico in dehradun is small property located perfectly in the most prominent area rajpur road. Its a clean and cozy property the rooms are large sized. Wash area is a spacious and well appointed the best part is everything works. The staff is very polite and non intrusive. Especially members on the front office mahesh are cordial and helpful. They can improve their breakfast menu and its quality. Parking is a bit of squeeze in the working hours as it's shared by a bank and other offices. Overall a comfortable value for money stay"

"Il servizio, la cortesia del personale, la risposta immediata a qualsiasi questione sono in corso.
Il primo giorno, la stanza che ci fu offerta aveva un odore di meraviglia.
Il direttore ha cambiato la stanza immediatamente e ci ha aggiornati in una stanza deluxe premium.
L'unico posto in basso era la stanza e i mobili sembravano stanchi e hanno bisogno di un aggiornamento."

"I have stayed earlier and this was my repeat booking. The rooms are well maintained , neat and clean with electric kettle, safety vault, the linen is clean and hygienic. the breakfast has a good , healthy options. Though the options on the menu are limited but all food is fresh and tasteful. The staff is very polite and pleasant.I look forward to more visits"

"One of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed.
The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad.
Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard.
Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad.
Will not stay here again."

UUtente ospiteI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

UUtente ospiteone of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away.
staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed.
The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere.
It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

AAnnThe stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay.
Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide.
We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

CCarlinCome viaggiatore di una donna sola, sono rimasto qui tre notti prima di andare a Rishikesh per un corso di yoga. Anche se Dehradun non è molto di una destinazione turistica, mi sono sentito sicuro di rimanere a The Hosteller. Il personale era molto utile e la vibe dell'ostello era gioiosa, composto da viaggiatori locali che amavano chattare e giocare a chitarra/canto sul tetto la sera.
