it was okok average stay. Room smelt like cigerettes which I hated the most.
Room was also not soundproof.

Hotel was good but i cant rate as 5 star bcoz we stayed earlier also so we need some concession / discounts on booking same hotel.

The staff was not cooperative, receptionist male staff misbehaved by passing a comment to our female guest.

Good location breakfast was very good rooms, service & other facilities were good only issue was few flies found in rooms and at the buffet area. Attention should be given to this by the hotel management from a hygiene point of view.

Location is good, nearby to ISBT. Staff behaviour is so nice. Food quality is also nice and tasty. Excellent 👌
