Lovely quiet boutique hotel 30 mins from Dehradun city yet far from the madding crowd. Great staff! Simple food. Leaving with lovely memories around the fireplace. Thank you so much Raj and his team for amazing service. Will visit again soon.

Rambling, comfortable place that exceeds expectations. Highly personalized service, great kitchen and stellar rooms. We did a trek to the river nearby as well which we would highly recommend. Overall a great gem of a place to experience the himalayas

It was an absolutely amazing time I had during my stay at Shaheen Bagh nestled in the hills. Excellent hospitality and warmth extended by the owner herself and followed by the staff. The food is highly recommended for its quality and taste. I would recommend this beautiful paradise to everyone.

This was our second visit to Shaheen Bagh and each time we visit it almost feels like our second home. Warmest and knowlegeable of hosts Mr. & Mrs. Gupta are a pleasure to interact with and their hospitality, ambience, their collection of books, comfort and food are unmatched. Overlooking the mountains of Mussoorie, If Dehra Dhun, then Shaheen Bagh it is! Kudos!

I wish I could give them half a star!!!!! We had a destination wedding arranged here and had two days stay also planned here. The reviews had mentioned the rooms were luxurious and the management offered great service. But to our disappointment the rooms and the service offered was not at all as per their name. For 15k a night, the rooms and the service offered was below par! The fittings in the rooms’ washrooms were coming loose in pretty much all of the rooms we had booked. The room service was extremely slow and to get fresh towels to the rooms seemed like a task. The cherry on top Was the management team! The team was extremely rude and rigid and did not want to own up to their mistakes. Our cocktail event which was planned at their location had the food cooked in house at Shaheen Bagh. The food served was cold as ice and the Manager Mr. Raj Rana was not at all cooperative! The owner of the place seemed to be a micro manager and was not at all ready to cooperate! The location no doubt is beautiful but the poor management of the owner and the staff needs a lot of improvement. And yes they cannot cater to events rhe way they market and assure! And yes the hotel is not wheelchair accessible for a lot of their areas!

It was a nice stay amidst nature. they have a beautiful gardens with pool. Rooms were large with antique furniture with huge balconies. washrooms neat. Staff was good and supportive. just 20 mins from city. Will recommend to anyone whether couple or family.
