Hotel con colazione inclusa a Deauville

Perfetto per un breve soggiorno di relax ma diverse cose da rivedere. A cominciare dalla necessità di un importante intervento di manutenzione generale in quanto l'hotel appare datato e lontano dai tempi migliori. I bagni sono troppo piccoli per le esigenze delle clientela di questo secolo. Colazione non adeguata per un hotel di questa categoria. Posizione invidiabile e sevizio bar molto buono. Troppe persone chiassose hanno rovinato la possibilità di godere l'atmosfera di questo hotel. Buona l'assistenza del personale della reception che fa il possibile per venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Julia soprattuto (mi sembra sia questo il suo nome). Buona la pulizia. Prezzi adeguati.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione tattica perche si può raggiungere non solo in pochi passi il meraviglioso centro di Deauville ma anche la vicina Treauville. Dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento coperto al costo di 10€ al giorno. La nostra camera pur non essendo molto grande era comoda con vista sul porto e sopratutto pulita. Colazione con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Consigliato per chi vuole comodità ad un prezzo giusto

We had an apartment which is well equipped and the kitchen means we did not have to eat out all the time. The location is perfect for the racecourse and having private parking is a great help. The pool area would benefit from having lockers as we twice had our bathrobes taken by mistake as they are all identical. Our only issue was there not being a kettle in the room, which was confirmed by two people on reception, and by a member of housekeeping. The staff directed my wife to Carrefour to buy a kettle, which my wife understood would be refunded. The cost was 22 Euros, barely more than 1% of what we spent for our stay. The duty manager then said the cost would not be refunded, and he contradicted his own staff with various reasons why, including saying the Clserie was not a hotel, so we could not expect a kettle in the room, despite a large sign outside the property with the word 'hotel' ! It was a minor issue, which did not affect our enjoyment, but it was handled very poorly, as the duty manager then rang back to say the cost would be refunded if we provided an official receipt, but we had already provided the only receipt that Carrefour could provide.......... A silly situation for the sake of 22 Euros with guests who have stayed at the hotel for the last 3 years!

This 4* hotel is situated between Deauville and Trouville adjacent to the Deauville marina , which at this time of year was full of yachts etc. The room was a privilege room which meant we enjoyed certain extras. The room itself was of a reasonable size and being a wheelchair user quite accessible in terms of its facilities although you would need to be able to transfer from wheelchair to shower chair which was a bit of a squeeze. The room also had a south east facing balcony and we enjoyed our morning breakfast sitting out and watching the world go by , and also the lovely view of the marina. The room was very well decorated to a high standard and also provided was a small fridge which came in handy on the warmer days. Our room was kept clean and serviced to an exceptionally high standard and the bed was very comfortable resulting in some very goodnights sleep. We did not eat at the hotel as we do not have a substantial breakfast although it's fair to say the dinig room was very popular every morning. In the evenings there is such an overwhelming choice of eateries it was difficult to know where to start. All in all a pleasant stay, the staff were friendly although I have to say the entrance has a step if you have a wheelchair ,however if required a ramp is available. As we did not require a ramp being able to negotiate the step (quite small) we were taken aback by the reluctance of some of the staff to assist in holding the door open- this required my wife to enter obtain the wooden chock to open and keep the door open . One or two individuals did however assist and this would not in itself put us off returning which we hope to do next year. As they say manners maketh man. All in all a lovely staff in an elegant comfortable room centrally located for both Deauville and Trouville. A very enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay for our TV crew from Japan during a short visit / film in Normandy. Mr Francois and his team were very nice to work with. All guests appreciated clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is excellent, near place Morny and the train station for Paris.

Clean e spaziosa camera.Letto confortevole.Una finestra che ha aperto per permettere l'aria fresca.Grande colazione e personale amichevole. Volevo davvero praticare il mio francese e la signora che si accostava era molto accogliente, parlava lentamente e annunciava così che potessi seguire e rispondere. Il parcheggio è sulla strada (mi ha fornito una mappa con cui andare per parcheggio gratuito), abbiamo trovato facilmente un posto, sarei sicuramente rimasto qui se fossimo tornati in zona.

Il servizio è molto buono, compreso il ristorante. Alcuni hotel alberghi potrebbero beneficiare della rigenerazione come si sentono fuori data, perfetto soggiorno per un secondo tempo, grazie!

Hôtel vraiment bien situé au cœur de deauville. Rapport qualité prix super. De l’extérieur l’hôtel ne paraît pas top mais à l’intérieur beaucoup de charme, les chambres refaites, bonne literie. L’accueil est super chaleureux les gérants au top, de bon conseils. Rien à redire ne pas hésiter pour réserver dans cet hôtel.

Camminando dalla stazione ferroviaria. Era molto buono perché era vicino al campo di formazione e alla spiaggia. Lo spazio per colazione con una buona vista era il migliore. Il personale era amichevole e potevo passare del tempo nella piscina interna in giorni pioviggine.

Villa Augeval Hotel & Spa era molto confortevole e ha una buona posizione comoda. L'hotel era piccolo e boutique come. Il personale era molto utile. Non c'era colazione cucinata inglese, ma il colazione continentale fornito era di ottima qualità e molto ampio. Ci sono stati molti prodotti locali e opzioni molto sani.
