Young women at the desk were great checking in and conversation. One simple fix suggestion for the room. Throughout the night we heard a "knock, knock, knock" like someone was tapping on a nearby door. When I woke up in the night to use our bathroom I realized what it was. The hair dryer is on a hook on the back of the bathroom door and when i opened it I heard the annoying sound I had been hearing all night. Take that hair dryer off the hook and put it in the closet and your guests will sleep better.
