Siamo stati nel Mar Verde Morto per 4 giorni alla fine di agosto 2024. Impressione generale: le strutture dell'hotel sono stanche e chiaramente hanno bisogno di investire in più manutenzione. Ci sono stati pareti di moldaggio e di pellicola, ma anche soffitti, sia nelle camere che nelle aree pubbliche, che hanno bisogno di più personale di pulizia per i periodi di occupazione. C'era cibo da pranzo precedente sul pavimento della sala da pranzo, gli ascensori erano ricci durante il giorno, e la piscina era piena di capelli, involucri dolci, ecc. Domenica, si lavarono un grande pulizia. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel israeliani, e purtroppo il colazione al Vert non ha paragonato favorevolmente a quelli. Non molto varietà, o immaginazione. I pasti d'altra parte erano di prima classe: gusto, con molta scelta e immaginazione. Molti dei servizi di ricezione erano molto brutti (Ruslan e Tal sono due eccezioni a questo, che erano davvero carini e utili), e hanno fornito informazioni fuorvianti. Un membro del personale superiore mi ha tenuto in attesa per 15 minuti mentre lei è andata a prendere la sua foto con un importante dignitario che è arrivato (lo guardavo da lato), il ristorante della piscina non ha funzionato domenica, che è stato un peccato. Il personale mi ha detto che funziona solo venerdì e sabato. Infine, notare che l'hotel non ha abbastanza parcheggio. Così hanno organizzato parcheggio fuori con navi, che non era conveniente, e non funzionava tutto il tempo. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era abbastanza piacevole e abbiamo avuto una buona pausa, ma non torneremmo finché non avranno fatto un grande riassetto.

Carente la struttura (un po' datata),carente la ristorazione di scarsa qualita', carente il servizio in sala e in spiaggia, carente assai la pulizia, carenti le piscine super affollate.Faccio salva solo la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia attrezzata che pero' chiude prestissimo e, come dicevo poco sopra,gode di un servizio un po' ruvido. Stanza accettabile con bella veduta sul Mar Morto (che è un luogo davvero particolare) ma letti separati(??) Alla luce delle considerazioni fatte ritengo il prezzo per una notte(circa 250 euro) assolutamente esorbitante.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

Rooms are clean pool was great. Breskfadt was lots of selections. The dead sea is a few minute walk away.recommend this hotel, price was great, my wife and I enjoyed the lobby with free coffee and cookies and cold drinks, especially thete was cold water on our floor

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Leonardo Inn in compagnia di alcuni amici durante un viaggio alla scoperta di Israele. Il nostro viaggio prevedeva una sola notte ad Ein Bokek per poter visitare Masada. Al nostro arrivo non ci è stato permesso cenare in hotel nonostante la nostra prenotazione la prevedesse: per una manciata di minuti siamo arrivati dopo l'orario di chiusura della cucina (h.20:30, un po' prestino forse...). Errore nostro. Nonostante ciò, Il giorno dopo, il direttore ha convenuto molto gentilmente a rimborsarci la cena non goduta e tutto si è risolto perfettamente. Abbiamo deciso di visitare Masada percorrendo il sentiero dei serpenti all'alba a piedi e, l'orario d'uscita è stato intorno alle h.5.00 AM. Per questo, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura di poter ricevere la colazione ”al sacco”, richiesta soddisfatta! Parlando della struttura mi sento di dire che è abbastanza datata e sotto alcuni aspetti anche non curata come si dovrebbe. In camera, ad esempio, abbiamo notato parecchio sporco in ”punti nascosti” come sotto al letto, dietro ai comodini...ecc. Nonostante questo aspetto avevamo tutto il necessario: shampoo, sapone, asciugamani, phon... E anche qualche omaggio! Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto. Voto complessivo 8.
