The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. Leonardo Club è stato il perfetto viaggio in Mar Morto! Quando abbiamo dovuto cambiare la nostra stanza a causa dei vicini che fumavano, Tamar l'ha gestita con gentilezza e immediatamente. Shlomit ci ha chiamati più volte per assicurarci che siamo felici. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto l'attenzione che Shlomit ci ha dato da nessun hotel! Shlomit ha anche raccomandato la ”traccia bagnata” a Nachal Bokek. Shlomit ha anche raccomandato un viaggio verso la Forte di Zohar. Che bella e storico luogo! Anche libero. Il cibo era eccellente. La stanza era pulita senza spot. I lavoratori erano piacevoli e gentili. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Veramente vecchio , incredibile che essere così costoso sembra un hotel 2 stelle , vale la pena la posizione
