DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We haven’t even made it to the hotel yet and already are having terrible service! A foreign man answers the phone, not even a business answering service, just a “hello? What you want???” I had to ask if it was the Royal Inn! I thought I called the wrong number. He can’t understand anything you say and gives you zero answers or help. If you cancel the stay, the “property fee” for cancelling is the same amount you paid for the stay! So the stay is $88, the fee for cancelling is $88. Even if you get the insurance to cover if you cancel, you still pay the property fee. They won’t answer the phone for Travelocity and keep hanging up on them when they’re trying to facilitate my cancellation without the fee since we have the insurance. The place is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
