Jjamtachaที่พักที่นี่ดีมาก ๆ 🤍🤍 ใครอยากมาเที่ยวภูเขาหิมะซีหลิง จองที่พักที่นี่เลย! อยู่ไม่ไกล เจ้าของห้องพักใจดีมาก ๆ แม้ว่าพวกเราจะเป็นคนไทยที่พูดจีนได้นิดหน่อย เจ้าของก็พยายามคุยกับเรา แนะนำ+ช่วยเรียกรถให้ด้วย พอเขารู้ว่าห้องเราแอร์ไม่ทำงาน เขาก็เปลี่ยนให้ใหม่เลยแบบไม่เสียเงิน ละคือซื้ออุปกรณ์ทำอาหารมาให้เรา พวกข้าวโอ๊ต สลัดไรงี้ให้เราใหม่เลยเพราะเราเป็นต่างชาติกลัวข้าวต้มไม่ถูกปาก 😭😭 นี่ได้ยินมาว่าเขาทำบะหมี่อร่อย พอไปเล่าให้ฟัง วันรุ่งขึ้นก็ได้กินบะหมี่เลย อร่อยมาก ๆๆๆ เป็นการมาเที่ยวที่มีความสุขมากกกก ไม่ใช่แค่ที่พักดี แต่คนยังดีอีกด้วย ทำให้ทริปมาจีนครั้งแรกของเราเป็นทริปที่น่าจดจำมาก 😻😻😻

We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

MMiss AmalinaPerfect for solo traveler who want to enjoy snow in xiling mountain with free and easy. The two brothers was very polite, positive and give warming welcome and also treat me very well. They give me free upgraded room with heater blanket to make me comfortable at there. Plus the panda minerals for free. They also provided free pick up and drop off services to Xiling Snow Mountain. You can feel they sincerity in entertaining us. Feel very pleasant at here. Highly recommended!

Location is far from train station and there's nothing much around the hotel. Nearest shopping street is located at DONGJIE STREET around 20 minutes walking distance.
Location in google map is wrong and hotel name also different from what advertised, and breakfast is very basic and not much choices.

RRao RehanIl personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato a raggiungere in tempo il campeggio di montagna, senza la loro guida, non potevo farlo perché il servizio di cavo termina alle 21:30. Ho abbastanza tempo per raggiungere la montagna Xiling da Chengdu, ma il conducente del taxi era troppo lento e dovevo cambiare il taxi in mezzo al viaggio da Chengdu a Xiling Mountain. Come non cinese, il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato a parlare con il mio taxi e a guidarlo sulla strada e la posizione dell'ingresso di cavo durante il mio viaggio. Quando arrivammo all'ingresso della macchina via cavo, una signora del personale dell'hotel era già lì per riceverci. Ci raggiungiamo circa 10 minuti prima di chiudere il servizio di auto via cavo. Mi hanno anche aiutato a prenotare i biglietti per la macchina via cavo.
Il campeggio è un posto pulito e bello. Ci sono lavanderie comuni che sono pulite e hanno acqua calda e calda tutto il giorno e la notte. Mi consiglierei molto di visitare questo posto e soggiornare in questo campeggio. È un'esperienza di vita, non dobbiamo perdere. :)

MMohd NazaruddinI had a wonderful experience, even though I had to find an alternative way to get the bus ticket to be here. It was a long day for me, but it was worth every penny. The winter view was absolutely stunning. I think it would be beneficial to offer a discount on the ticket for those staying in the hotel at the middle ground, as we had no choice but to use the ropeway to reach the hotel. It's unfair to pay the same price as those who are not staying. communication is a challenge but all good.
