本來帶着好心情來度假，不曾想過碰到這樣的事情 4.25號凌晨四點睡的正熟的時候， 馬桶自己沖水 聲音巨大， 當時我嚇醒了，不敢動，我叫了一下我先生，我説我睡不着。因為沒人使用馬桶，為什麼會自動沖水，因為這個馬桶是需要你手動按鈕了沖水鍵才會沖水，又是凌晨四點我真的嚇到了。凌晨四點半又是一聲巨響，馬桶蓋掉落的聲音，不是那種正常馬桶蓋自己蓋上的聲音。就是重物砰一下砸下來的聲音。我徹底不敢睡覺了。一直看手機，把燈開了，但是沒有 按鍵自己莫名其妙半夜沖水還是挺嚇人的。還有重物砸下來的巨響。到早上跟管家聯繫，派師傅來維修，我跟師傅確認過，師傅説靠近馬桶，馬桶 蓋會自己打開，至於沖水，也是需要你使用了才會沖水。如果沒有靠近它，不按沖水按鈕，一般不會沖水。後面跟經理説了這事情，經理回覆可能是24號下午短時停電對馬桶電機有影響。但是我確確實實當時真的害怕，可能小時候電影看多了，又發生在凌晨，經理説可以給我房費打八五折！最大的誠意了。八五折相當於退房費600多，我要求的是至少得退一半，因為我覺得精神都受到刺激了，也沒睡，太難受了，但是溝通很久沒有用，當然退我的房費我也不會要這個錢，退多少我捐多少，捐給小童吧。

電轉轟鳴 塵土飛揚 水泥攪拌 吊車助興 此為祕境？ 預訂頁面 衹字不提 好客之道？ 首先感謝 Ctrip 攜程，特別是我們的小玥，全程代理溝通，並即刻為這次極為失望的住店做出現金賠償。 本該店每天的主旋律就是工地噪聲（每日 8:30 到 18:30）和建築粉塵。預訂頁面居然可以對此衹字不提？？ ⚠️ By all means AVOID this place, which has intentionally concealed its disturbing on-going construction during the booking process. 預訂時，店家有意隱瞞了正在進行較大規模樓宇修建的事實。當我們帶着爸爸媽媽驅車 1000 多公里到達後，非常失望的發現，酒店正在多處修繕，我們預訂的 2 間河畔別墅（8103 / 8104）居然位於如火如荼施工的 7 棟旁。與建築工地比鄰而居，這是 LUX* 好客之道？ 最讓人反感 & 反胃的是🤢🤮 店家的攜程預訂頁面，對此事毫無提及； 在辦理入住時，對此事毫無提及； 被帶領到房門口，才“順便”看到紅紅火火的施工大型現場； 房間裏則輕鬆低調放了張generic的 A4 白紙，“oh 親，既然你都住進來了，我想説，我們在施工喲🏗👷⚠️” 施工是為了招攬到更多生意，那因為蒙在鼓裡被騙進來的生意呢？關上門窗就沒那麼吵了，這是 LUX* 好客之道？ 整個白天，如果您想在房內休息，必須門窗緊閉。別墅房型的户外休息區域、觀景區域和泳池，完全不可能使用。 btw，我們是如何在工地旁迅速識別到自己房間的呢？我們的行李，被孤單的遺留在房門 1.5 米外的石板地上（對，而不是放進了號稱 150 多平米的客房裡），這是 LUX* 好客之道？？ A terrible start. Intentionally concealed the truth for making immediate money💰 A total lost of enjoyment :（ Ctrip 攜程協助溝通後，酒店 push 年輕的管理層開始救火🧯客户關係，避免退單損失。但很遺憾，為了收入不惜欺騙消費者的酒店，給予這些孩子們極為微弱的支持，讓他們去完成無米之炊。 緊急修復出來的 8105，第二天中午都還在安裝門把手 & 噴塗欄桿；總賠償金額 0；店內活動補償方式最低限度（擠出來的 2 項免單活動，酒店自行報價加起來，不到住宿費用的 7%）。 退房後，餐飲賠償的方式，仍延續該店家的行騙風格，口頭承諾模模糊糊扭扭捏捏踢皮球，企圖矇混過關。心疼管理層海歸小朋友們，像皮影人一樣被牽絆手腳、舉步維艱。這些一手照顧客人、打前鋒的孩子們，很遺憾未被賦權，衹能耗費大量私人時間，為酒店的錯誤一次次陪笑道歉。這裏再次感謝 Ctrip 攜程，為我們的 3 頓飯買了單。 Will we go back to this resort? NEVER. 中國這麼大，新奇美好的酒店層出不窮，我們不可能回到一家不誠實、不遵守好客業遊戲規則、報僥倖心理、企圖矇混過關賺眼前小利的機會主義酒店。 我們的建議：Avoid it at all cost. 我們的tips：酒店方口頭聲稱，修建事宜會持續到明年。

Style. Guangzhou based Teamer International’s modern tropical retreat Setting. A hidden untouched corner of Guangxi, near border with Vietnam, by the idyllic Mingshi river, like stepping into a classical Chinese painting Explore. For example, had a wechat set up last minute with the hotel butler Peter, while I was stressed coz I didn’t book anything except the room, my China flight was delayed as usual (for over four hours), but Peter was super helpful and took care of everything from spa appointment to excursions and suggested more ideas. @ the hotel. Stunning lush views from every angle of the hotel, lots of gorgeous areas to hang out such as the rooftop cinema, extraordinary lobby & bar area. I blissed out at the spa with Miss Nóng for an aromatherapy treatment, the 35 metres infinity pool had a to die for view, there were also tons of activities to choose from Rooms 56 suites and villas to slow down and soak in the sweeping and ethereal views. I was in room 6302 where I woke up to a stunning sunrise my first morning. My second morning I spent the morning in the onsen style bathtub on the balcony Food & drinks. had long lazy meals sampling different cuisines at their casual second floor and serene third floor restaurant. There is also a more atmospheric steak house. I loved the breakfast noodles bar and I am still thinking about their rice, delicious and very different from the rice I’m used to Prices. This hotel was truly the best place we ever stayed. The views are just amazing there. And the staff matched the views 🤗 Our butler Alyssa arranged all we asked for and more! We will definitely visit again!!

I recently stayed at the Lux Chongzuo Resort, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The views from the resort are breathtaking, with stunning natural scenery all around. The amenities are top-notch, including a luxurious pool and a relaxing spa. A special mention goes to Nami, who was incredibly lovely and helpful, providing round-the-clock assistance. Her warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The experience at the resort is excellent. The overall layout of the resort, with the marvelous view at every corner, is breathtaking. The same is for the guest room itself. The resort and the guest room are very spacious and inclusive, given a high degree of privacy. As the resort has only limited guest rooms, we can enjoy all the facilities leisurely with no hustle and bustle. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Jolly, our assigned assistant during our stay. There are mainly activities offered, fishing, yoga, and painting, apart from the common gym and swimming pool. I, however, need to stress that the setting of the swimming pool is so attractive that I dipped in the pool after 40 years of non-swimming vacations. One of the unexpected experiences, which is again exceptional, was the photo shoot by the hotel studio. We took a package for family photos, all of us are very pleased with the outcome.
