We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. We had a very pleasant stay. I was very happy to see the Christmas ornaments going up the day we arrived. I love Christmas. We did not eat breakfast there as we were meeting a realtor elsewhere.

My son and I travel to Dawsonville once a month and we've stayed at this hotel twice. Both times I was pleased with the room, amenities, staff professionalism and rate. I wanted to make a reservation for this month but since September their rates have doubled. While this was an excellent place to stay for on night at about $160 it is certainly NOT worth a note stay at $300+. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to using this hotel regularly for our monthly visits to family in Dawsonville.

Not worth staying it’s the most disgusting hotel the smell is horrible and everything is very dirty, they really need maintenance I will never be staying here again I only lasted 1 hour and I got charged for 2 days because I didn’t want to stay in a dirty room

Needs better housekeeping staff and should invest in security since they won't do anything about the all,night noise an arguing. Beds where so uncomfortable hard lumpy an one side was even broken on our king bed. We wanted a late check out and was told they would charge us more money if we checked out at 1pm instead of 11a. Won't be back. Specially since I'm a Executive of Housekeeping at one of the largest resorts in my state and this is unexceptable.

Room wasn't clean. Bed made noises from the railing. Bathroom wasn't clean. Shower needs to be updated because it were alot of filthy stains. Needs better shower curtains as well too. Refrigerator wasnt working properly. I'd just say Everything needs to be updated.

I love staying here. I like that they still offer smoking rooms, which I am sad to say they are doing away with next year. They have a pool and hot tub, free internet and cable tv. They do not offer a hot breakfast right now but hopefully soon. It's a nice place to stay

This was our first time staying at a Super 8 which unfortunately was the most disgusting Hotel that my wife and I have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many hotels all over the world. We lasted 1 hour, lodged a complaint and was told that we would not receive a refund as we had already been there for an hour but that we would receive a refund for night 2 & 3. I lodged a complaint with *******, they then sent an email to the Manager who flat out denied that we had lodged any complaint and also said that we left the hotel without saying a word, which was an outright lie. The room stank, my wife sat there holding her nose, the pillow had hair on it, the bed sheets had not been changed and there was a piece of folded newspaper that must have fallen out of someone's pocket in-between the sheets. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The guy on the reception was a decent guy just trying to do his job.

The room had snails crawling on the walls , no breakfast was served was offered a brown bag , internet was terrible. Over all I was very disappointed. The halls smelled of smoke, the house keeper tried coming in my room while I was asleep still.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I definitely would. We booked last minute on **********. Got to the hotel and immediately regretted booking. Lobby smells terrible! The manager was rude to the clerk behind the desk. Walked up the stairs to get to our room. Someone was smoking a cigarette in the hallway!!! Opened our door. No lights and the entire ventilation system was on the bathroom cabinet. Asked for a refund and was denied!! The manager told us it was out of his hands and we had to contact ********** I called them as soon as I got in the car and they also denied the refund. This hotel should be burned to the ground!!!
