Very good location, room is good, provide breakfast, good value hotel

Great place and calm

Booked at high fee because night before cruise departure. Booked 2 queen bed room - not provided Booked with airport shuttle - not provided after 10p Booked with cruise port shuttle - not provided (no room) They should credit back at min the ~100 in uber fees for services they didn't provide not including the failure to hold a PREPAID room at ＞360.

Stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites. It was very nice. The breakfast was really good. And the staff were so nice.

The shuttle service was terrible. We called the hotel, and the shuttle didn't grab us for over an hour after our call. There was only one shuttle van running. He came by after 30 minutes of waiting, but said he came for other people, not us, so we had to wait another 30 minutes (longer really). We chose this hotel because they said close to airport and provides shuttle to airport. First off, shuttle didn't start in the morning until 6am. We had no idea it wasn't 24 hr shuttle service, so we had to pay for an Uber because we left at 5am. Second, this hotel is most certainly NOT close to the airport. We anticipated a 5-10 minute drive. It was much longer. Needless to say, I won't take "airport hotel" or "shuttle service to airport" completely at the hotel's word from now on.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. A special thanks to James who waited with the shuttle for us when our bags were delayed. Also the front desk staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Did not have my room ready for about an hour a big back up and had everyone wait in the restaurant area. Ran out of pastries for breakfast. But otherwise clean and quiet and comfortable.

Return customer, service and property was as expected, hot breakfast could use more variety but overall no complaint. Room service light touch could be improved, had a couple days of no service. Overall highly recommended.

The check-in is at 3 pm but the room was not ready until 4 pm. Also, the pool was not heated so it was extremely cold so we could not use the pool

I am a very picky person when selecting places to stay and I spend 2 weeks looking for hotels for my 1 day trip and found this one, I selected based in previous reviews and looking at the pictures, overall a nice place to be, as soon and you enter smells clean and looks either new or renovated but looks very nice, the only 2 issues was the shower pressure was bad not strong enough and the telephone to call the front desk wasn’t working, also the night I was there both TVs went off for no reason and I tried to use the remotes to turn back on and wasn’t responding either, so since the telephone wasn’t working I had to go to the front desk and explain the situation, the lady said they may have some issues in the electrical room and she will go check and come to my room to let me know but she never did, the WIFI wasn’t working either, anyways the next morning everything was back to normal, regardless this small issues I will definitely go back to this place just because is very clean, looks new and very nice rooms and also free laundry room and only $50 incidental deposit and free parking.

I reached the hotel at 3:00 PM after driving 10 hours from Atlanta. There were four employees (2 female and 2 male) at the front desk having a friendly conversation. After patiently waiting for a few minutes, I had to intervene and break their conversation to get help as I had to check in, freshen up and rush for a meeting. The girl who attended to me said she thought the other girl was going to help me. Long story short, I was told I will have to wait to check in as they don't have a room ready. So I had no choice but to drop off the bags and leave for my meeting.

Beautiful hotel with large suites. Full kitchen with all the dishes cups cutlery and pans. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with several choices. We loved the night we spent here after our cruise.

Wow at check in!!! Loved the discussion about all of us going by our middle names instead of our first. She was amazing. Great room - clean, spacious and well appointed. LOVE the laundry that is FREE!! Super breakfast too!
