Per il prezzo non ho assolutamente nessuna denuncia. Mi sono piu'alzata di quanto mi aspettassi. Il desk era estremamente utile e il servizio di cameriera era lì se avevo bisogno. A meno che non ci sia tempo per recuperare il mio deposito. Un altro posto che ho soggiornato di recente ho avuto il mio deposito di nuovo in un'ora dopo il check-out.

I membri del personale con cui abbiamo interagito erano tutti fantastici! Molto utile, comprensivo di persone che erano disposte a lavorare con noi su un aggiornamento di stanza snafu che era completamente colpa mia. L'iscrizione/uscita era al di là di semplice. Le camere erano molto pulite, ad eccezione di una piccola roccia 'bambino' trovata morta sotto l'unità A/C della nostra prima camera, ma almeno questo dice che il controllo delle malattie è fatto. Meglio essere visto morto che vivo 😌 La mia unica denuncia è probabilmente il Wi-Fi.È gratuito per il primo dispositivo (a velocità di navigazione leggera), ma se hai bisogno di qualcosa di più veloce, aspetta di pagare per questo. Abbiamo avuto un totale di 4 dispositivi e finito di uscire dal tasca per il pacchetto illimitato per ospitare simultaneamente streaming HD e gioco mobile. In un momento, dovevano chiamare il supporto tecnico Wi-Fi e hanno risposto alle 1:30 un'ora locale, hanno risolto la questione e hanno anche fatto bene la cortese chiamata di follow-up. Non ci siamo riusciti a usare i lavandini, quindi non posso parlare con quella ricchezza, ma siamo stati così impressionati con il nostro soggiorno, sicuramente torneremo.

Mio marito e io abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno. Camera pulita e molto tranquilla. I letti sono molto comodi. Ci rimarremo. Grazie per un bel soggiorno.

Non c'erano microonde in nessuna camera, e il caffè ha preso solo poche tasche di tasca di tè, il frigorifero ha congelato le verdure e non ha colazione gratuita. Ci costringe a andare a Starbucks, a Pizza Hut o a fare colazione costosa nel lobby se non volete lasciare l'hotel.
