The hotel services are good.

recently stayed at the Royal Mandaya Hotel during my visit to Davao, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel has a central location, making it convenient for exploring the city’s attractions, dining spots, and shopping centers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a good selection of local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. For our stays in Davao City we regularly stay there because it is ideally located, Staff are very friendly and price ratio is very good. Food is also very good especially the breakfast buffet.

Was ok stay, buffet breakfast was good, location in downtown Davao, walking distance to people's park and national museum. Room was ok old room

Old hotel. Old sheets, old towels. No shampoo. Sad rooms. But great location!

The staff are appreciable and the hotel services are good. The place is relaxing and it’s good for family bonding as well.

Bad internet, bad room service food, bad shower.

The hotel is a very old one. The style is good, but I think the maintenance no, and it need more update and improvements. The sheet is no clean I call them to change twice because the sheet was not clean enough.

It's good to stay with standard accommodation. The room furnitures are quite old, the fridge does not work.
