I entered the wrong dates when I booked. When I noticed it the payment was done. I tried to reach the hotel for help to change it but they are unreachable. I can't make any changes and they will not refund the amount paid. I don't recommend such poor customer service 😞

Accessible location. Services were good. Just manage your expectations. But we enjoyed our stay.
