Hotel in zona ORCa pod, Davao Del Sur

Room was okay, but the aircon is too slow compared to the other room where my siblings used. Hotel location is just nearby Sm Lanang which is great. They don’t allow early check in even just an hour early unlike other hotels I’ve been to. They asked for a charge of 600peso each room for an early check in.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché c'è una piscina qui, è davvero fantastico.Questo hotel economico ha anche una piscina, e penso che sia buono qui.Anche se il doppio standard è vecchio, è molto pulito.La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, situato nel centro della città, conveniente ovunque. L'hotel ha anche invitato gli studenti ad affrontare le domande degli ospiti.

Ho prenotato per 4 notti, ma il mio soggiorno è stato breve perché ho problemi a dormire in una delle loro stanze, quindi ho deciso di prenotare con un altro hotel. L'hotel offre una spaziosa camera con multiple uscite, ma il WIFI è molto debole. Purtroppo non c'è fornito alcuna spazzatura e il bagno e il bagno sono molto piccoli.

I am on my Vismin leg of trainings and Davao is my last for this week. Had a great, smooth time in Tacloban, Cebu, Bohol and this last seminar in this hotel have been very challenging so far. At the front desk, I requested for lower floor, which I normally do (due personal traumatic experience which I do not need to explain) and after a series of ”please” thank God, Kate of Front Desk stepped in and found us a room at 6th which will be ready only by 5pm. It was turned over around 6pm. In preparation for our Monday seminar, we coordinated with Rose of Banquet to ocular the place as we have a specific layout to follow that will be good for classroom set up, group dynamics and dining. When we arrived at Ruby function room, linen staff Cory was there arranging for our seminar on Monday so we rendered help in lay outing the tables and chairs, projector screen. When we had to coordinate with the technical, we requested an HDMI longer than 1 meter so laptop can rest on the tech table. Sure they have a longer one but with additional charge of P300/day. When I asked for wireless mic to be used since the activity will involve passing around of microphone among the participants, guess what? Yes, an additional P800/mic/day will be charged! So with the 3 days seminar and 1 week stay that we pre booked and paid , these little requests do not come free. I do not want to ruin my Davao stay because I am an avid fan of our former President Duterte and only have the highest respects for his place. I hope to find some pleasant things from this hotel for the remaining days of my stay here to compensate for the ugly start. Time to activate the Vision Mission which is in every room of the hotel and not just left on the brochure. A simple greeting, some genuine smiles mean a lot to every customer. So far the only staff who has a ready smile and genuinely asks how he can be of service is Jaypee, service crew of Cafe Frances. He takes time to talk with the customers and ask how they are doing and recommends the best dish. Food is great and reasonably priced -- large servings and delicious! As for the edifice, needs repairs and refurbs. We had to call in help for the A/C and busted light bulb.

Per il suo prezzo e la sua posizione è davvero valsa la pena. Aveva igiene kit e asciugamani. Ci era una doccia calda, una tavola e una sedia, un giacchetta e un pendule. I giacche erano un po' sottili, ma niente che fosse incomodo. In tutto, era un grande soggiorno!

I stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel in July 2023 for one night, although I frequently visited their Sky View Restaurant. I had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, approximately 30 sq metres. The elevator is one of a kind where you do not need to touch it but simply use your RFID-enabled hotel keycard. I believe this was for sanitizing measures taken by the hotel management since the pandemic era. The room has qiblah direction on the ceiling, and they provide Muslim travellers with prayer mats as well as Holy Quran. Very thoughtful touch since none of the hotels in Davao City provide this in their room. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and it took less than 10 minutes for them to deliver the iron & board. The hotel has a Malaysian Chef, Chef Shah who cooks authentic Malaysian dishes like sate, murtabak, chicken curry, daging masak hitam and nasi beriani.

Ognuno di questi camere dispone di una linea d'acqua calda e fredda, è climatizzato e dotato di TV via cavo. E' disponibile anche Wi-Fi. Sicuro e sicuro con apparecchiature CCTV.

Tutto è stato molto bello e bello, consigliabile piccolo e carino hotel con fantastici servizi e buoni cibi.

In generale, il posto è grande per rinfrescare la vostra mente insieme alla famiglia. Un bel posto per visitare i fine settimana o le vacanze. Situato in un luogo montagnoso, il parco naturale Eden ha davvero una grande vista sulle aree circostanti. Oltre alla vista, ci sono anche attività che si possono provare o guardare dalle linee laterali. Prova a andare lì prima di mattina, come si fa caldo lì a circa 10-11am e ci sono molti turisti lì. In generale, il posto è grande per rinfrescare la tua mente insieme alla famiglia
