"👍🏽Pros: - Free shuttle bus to and for Sapporo station - A variety of complimentary tea bags in the lobby - Public bath is awesome! There are 7 kinds of baths. My favorite one is the open bath, where I bathed when it was snowing. What a extraordinary experience. - Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. Many options and food is yum. - Some reviews mentioned that the facilities/room seemed old, but I found the vintage Japanese-Style room comfortable and great. I really enjoyed the stay! - There are 2 massage chairs next to public bath. 👎🏽Cons: - Not many staffs speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate. It took a while for the front desk staff to find our bookings. - Private bath is not worth it. It's a waste of money. - Needs to put up signs about the etiquette of using public bath. When I took a shower in the public bath, the Korean group all showered while standing and kept splashing. They chatted loudly and shouted at each other. One of them even kicked water in the bath......"

L'ho usato per la prima volta negli ultimi due anni, ma non ho dato pranzo.E'un po'difficile vivere per sette notti in un posto dove poche strutture per cena nella regione. "I reckon that service quality is average with Japan standards. Most of staff do not speak English, but there is no issue to communicate with translator. Room amenities are average too, actually much lower than my expectation. I stayed in a good Onsen hotel in Hakone many years ago with my last visit in Japan, food and room are much much better. The skin product in this place I really doubt that it is only Muji stuff. Maybe the price was not that good when I booked in. I have to say it is overpriced for me.Dinner and brekkie are okay, location is fine cuz I drove myself."

"第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！"

"Overall, everything that doesn't concern your room and food is pretty nice - the location is good, the view is fantastic, the lounge is spectacular. However when it gets to service and your room, it is poor. As you can see on the photos, the room is old and there is mould left there. The staff do not take notice even when I asked for a change of room. Furthermore, the drainage will smell in your bathroom. The wifi is also poor and you get faint signal not just in your room but also in the restaurant. The service overall was poor, with the service during the buffet very mixed, with a combination of junior staff guiding you to wrong places and the manager ordering you about without a level of courtesy. This is a place to visit once, and not go back. There are others along the lake that are worth trying out."
