"Mi sono davvero divertito. La stanza è buona e dispone di aria condizionata. Il letto è comodo e hanno fornito asciugamani e un kit di spazzola. La zona della piscina è buona. abbastanza grande per un paio di famiglie."

"The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this."

"The facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. It’s clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills. Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities. "My one night stay is all worth it. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is clean and well maintained. The location is closer to 711 and other shops. Highly recommended to travellers like me."
