Excellent central location with every necessity at hand. A caring, efficient, personable staff who respond to needs. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. If in Lucknow again, I will certainly stay here.

Average rooms, no toiletries, slippery floor in washroom, smelly closets. Food was good, try and work on some renovation

Poor service no parking very bad food and high rate. Over all i m not recommended to anyone. Very poor room service. Overall i m not recommended to anyone.

The place is located in the heart of the city with near by markets. Hazratganj market is just a walking distance. Apart from location, the hotel is average in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast menu is limited. The service is also average. The rooms are good size but connections to wifi was irregular in the room.

Not a good place to stay… no housekeeping… small rooms… very very less options for breakfast … too much traffic noises… not cleaned washroom

A neat and clean place with very small almost cub-by hole like rooms but clean sheets. The location is great and convenient too. But the property needs better upkeep. There’s no running water, the food at best is mediocre and the service below par. Definitely not value for money. Stay here if you have no better choice.

Staff is dishonest and tricked me to smallest room. Breakfast was not at all worth it. Geyser was not at all working on both days. Staff lied and hide the fact that they are not sorting issue. Ac was uncontrollable and staff failed to make it work, the average bed size is less than 6 ft. It’s difficult to sleep without extending legs over. I didn’t like it.
