Hotel in zona Tiverton Park, Darwin

Mia moglie e io abbiamo trascorso la terza settimana di luglio 2024 a Darwin, visitando Kakadu, Litchfield e godendo della varietà di ristoranti della città. Ci siamo trasferiti negli Magnum Serviced Apartments e siamo stati lieti con l'unità di camera da letto. Ogni giorno era spazioso e pulito con cura. Il condizionamento d’aria ha funzionato un trattamento, ha una buona doccia e il letto re è stato più comodo. Un grande luogo nel cuore della città, a piedi tranquilli di ristoranti, bar e negozi e trasporto di autobus. Ha una buona piscina al tetto e buone strutture di parcheggio, anche se non l'abbiamo usata. ALTO RECOMANDATO.

Fantastic location, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms (had tropical villa) but small. Tiny cramped bathroom with no climate control but rest of room comfortable enough. TV was tiny so hardly worth watching and no where to sit. Bed fairly comfortable. All this reflected in price though. Overall comfortable enough. Pool was absolutely beautiful. I would go back for the price.

We stayed here for 6 nights in an apartment. The first apartment we were in, was very nice modern, and a good size, the couch though was very low and uncomfortable to sit on, it was a click clack lounge. We also found the whole place was very dirty, the cleanliness was disgusting. There were dirty marks on the walls and cupboards, the floor was dirty, and the skirting boards have never been cleaned, the bedside tables were dirty, as was the drawers, I wiped them all down before putting our stuff in them, the bathroom cupboard had dead baby cockroaches in it, and smelt very strongly of insect spray. The bed was comfortable, but made a terrible noise when getting into it. The air conditioner in the lounge, did not work, because it was a public holiday they could not get an electrician, we were offered another room, which was a little smaller, so we said we would wait to the next day for the electrician, next day the electrician could not come, so one of the workers came and said he would clean it, after being cleaned, it still didn’t work, so we were offered another room, which we took. This apartment was bigger than the last, again it was very nice, they are modern, it’s a shame they are not cleaned and looked after. The same lounge, a click clack lounge, which is not comfy and too low. The floor next to the bed was disgusting, there was like orange juice or something orange and sticky, and also on the bedside table, so I cleaned that, but there was lots of dust balls on the floor and behind the curtains, the bathroom had mildew around the taps and sink hole, and around the toilet was not cleaned properly. there were dirty food marks around the dishwasher. The walls had dirty marks on them, and the skirting boards were also dirty. There is a laundry in the apartment, which was good. As for room service, I think we got it once the whole time we were there, and that was, replace our towels and empty the bin, the tea and coffee or the bathroom items were not replaced or refilled either. There were no blankets in the room, just a sheet on the bed, so we had to ask for a blanket. The noise in the corridors carry, Then there’s the staff at the reception desk ; there were a few different staff there each time we went, which were all not very courteous, and impolite. There is secure parking, but that comes at a cost also on top of your accommodation costs. The good thing is , the hotel is central, and walking distance to the mall, and supermarket across the road, and restaurants nearby. The downside is definitely the cleanliness , there is none. Very unhygienic.

Resort figo in mezzo alla foresta, con buon ristorante (canguro e barramundi piatti molto buoni). Abbiamo inoltre incontrato un dipendente italiano molto simpatico che ci ha dato diversi consigli. Se si cerca la comodità e un po' di lusso ok, vicino ci sono anche hotel più semplici

My stay here was marred by the unnecessarily long check in process involving paperwork that could have been done electronically during the booking process - and my ongoing annoyance at being charged an additional $100 security bond at check in. All in the middle of the night, for a prepaid booking. Was assured the $100 would be refunded the next day, but 5 days later it hasn't been. Phoned the reception to enquire and was told by a rude receptionist that it was my banks problem and that they are entitled to charge this fee ”in case I damaged the room”. I haven't ever been charged more than a $1 holding fee before, so am not impressed with this ”management policy”, particularly given the room was prepaid. The actual room was clean and comfortable, a light breakfast is included which is good value. Parking is an additional charge - it would be very difficult to park here with a large 4WD, the spaces are tiny. I'm really disappointed that the management processes seem to be all about not trusting guests and making staying there a complex process...it's actually a nice hotel that is thoughtfully set up for short stay travellers, but I left with a bad feeling and feel sorry for the night reception staff who have to enforce ”policy”. Everywhere these days there are signs up about abuse not being tolerated...being combative towards paying customers isn't helpful.

Una grande gioiello a Darwin. semplice, ma pulita, molto comoda e una grande piscina. grande comunicazione e personale molto amichevole e utile. I bambini erano un po' spaventati dai letti sgualdrini che hanno bisogno di un approccio più stretto, ma alla fine hanno dormito bene. Proprio nel cuore della città e include parcheggio. Molto conveniente. Rimarrà.

Il personale era benvenuto e amichevole. Dinushka Goonathalake ci guardava molto bene. La settimana scorsa, dopo aver soggiornato per una conferenza, siamo stati più apprezzabili di una bella stanza aperta al parco, che guardava la baia sul nostro ritorno da avventura a Arnem Land. La nostra stanza era sempre fresca e luminosa, la moderna bagno. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accesso all'aria aperta dal piccolo balcone. È stata fornita una buona varietà di tè. L'atmosfera è stata rilassata, adattandosi al sentimento tropicale di Darwin. Prepari colazione fresca sulla terrazza o all'interno e un ottimo caffè disponibile se desiderato. Aggiunge un bonus per le passeggiate di mattina e sera nel parco lungo la baia fino alla città e nei ristoranti vicini.

우선, 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다윈의 지역적 특성상 첫 날 방에서 벌레를 보게되었는데 오피스에 말했더니 추가로 청소도해주고 벌레스프레이도 방에 놓아주었습니다. 위치적으로는 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 mindil sunset 마켓도 있었고 cbd도 그리 멀지 않아 좋았습니다. 항공편때문에 레이트체크아웃을 문의했지만 1시간에 $30비용이 발생하는 부분에 대해 아쉬움이 있었지만 이외엔 대체적으로 만족스러운 방문이였습니다.

Mi piace il giardino e si sieda a notte piuttosto che la maggior parte degli hotel che hai solo una stanza forse un balcone ma con giardino tutto intorno a te è grande

I was very happy with all services provided. Thank you to all the staff. Helped me out on a few occasions. Even after ours. Again much appreciated.
