Hotel in zona Sydney CBD, Sydney

Stayed two more nights after the Sydney Marathon. On the last night there was unexpected road work which was very noisy and was expected to continue until mid-night. The staff member at the reception (male with glasses) and the manager (Ms Sarah) on duty that night arranged for us to move to a room facing Hyde Park - the side that was not affected by the road work - so we were able to sleep. It was not easy as there were conferences and events going on at the hotel that night. BIG THANK YOU to both of them!!

Hyde Park Inn was a great location for our short 2 night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful at all time. Room was clean with plenty of space. Museum train station only 1 minute away. Nearest Tram and Red Bus hop on and off bus stops about 4 mins walk (Town Hall). First time at check in I've been told that ”tomorrow morning's breakfast is already in the fridge”😀 This worked great for us with cereal, milk, bread for toast, jams, butter, fruit pot and fruit juice all replenished for the next morning.

Amore dell'hotel per lavanderia di servizio personale. Arrivare intorno alla città dall'hotel è molto conveniente con l'autobus pubblico 2 minuti dall'entrata. Amichevole e utile personale. Check-in e check-out è stato un brindisi. Il Museo australiano è a piedi dall'hotel e il più vicino supermercato è proprio accanto all'hotel. Il cibo Halal è anche un gettato di pietra. Espansioni di soggiorno. Trovato anche alcuni buoni negozi di trift intorno all'hotel.

방2개 화장실 2개 세탁기와 건조기 큰 주방이 있어서 매우 편하게 4명 가족이 쉬었습니다. 주변에 cole,woolweath가 있어 식사를 해 먹을 수 있어서 아주 좋았어요. 약간 아쉬운 점은 화장실 등 시설이 조금 낡은 것 주방 기구 특히 후라이팬이 낡은 것 그래도 공간이 커서 편합니다. 매일 청소도 잘 해줘요

La posizione era perfetta vicino alla Cina Town e conveniente per CBD. Solo 15-20mins trasporto all'aeroporto di Sydney. Ho controllato alle 00:00, solo un personale all'ufficio frontale, sembrava stanco e la mano scritta era terribile, il WiFi PW non funzionava e nessuno risponde al telefono quando ho chiamato dalla stanza. Il giorno dopo, un altro personale utile mi ha scritto il corretto PW. La camera era spaziosa, ma non abbastanza spazio per il desk, il letto era confortevole.L'igiene era inaccettabile, soprattutto il bagno.Il personale di pulizia era pulito solo due volte durante il mio soggiorno di 5 notti, i capelli erano legati al tetto, le mutandine erano terribili nell'area della doccia. L'hotel ha bisogno di migliorare il lavoro di pulizia e ambiente interno. In generale questo hotel non valeva il prezzo che ho pagato. Delusione.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel due to the variety of the breakfast content and the spaciousness of the room, though there is no view. There was a construction site just next to the hotel and I felt the air quite filthy in the room. The breakfast this time was not as good as my previous visit 3 years ago. The worst part is I was promised free breakfasts for two on my extended one day stay, charge to be same as Trip.com (with breakfast included) but in the end I was charged and there was no remarks with regard to free breakfast. I could have just extended my stay via Trip.com at the same rate but with breakfast included. A duty officer offered me that option! When I checked out I was told there was no such remarks and the manager said he would check with the duty officer!

Ho prenotato una stanza con un balcone ma quando ho controllato, hanno detto che non era disponibile coz il loro sistema dice stanza gemella standard e poi li hanno mostrati doccia Quando la mia prenotazione l'hanno vista, hanno detto che non potevano fornire quella stanza la prima notte, quindi dovevano stare in una stanza diversa, e poi hanno detto che portavano le mie borse nella nuova stanza, ma l'hanno finita in ricevimento. Questo sistema sbagliato accade già poche volte, ma non hanno ancora risolto il problema. Non sono sicuro che rimarrò lì se tornerò a Sydney. La loro posizione era davvero buona.

I recently stayed at Capella Sydney and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully done. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth the stay!

Location is good. We have group of 7 people, stay 5 nights, they only provide one time cleaning on day 4, on this house keeping they forgot to clean up master bed room and toilet, they explained because of some personal stuffs in master bed so they didn’t clean it but not sure why they don’t clean the toilet. Besides, they forgot to refill some towels, box tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body washes and tea bag which supposed should refill automatically during house keeping. But hotel will send anything that missing when we call.

La pulizia deve essere più approfondita. Molti posti hanno ancora capelli, tinture di tovaglioli, ecc ... ma in generale accettabile. L'ascensore è sempre molto lento nella mattina e i satopi ogni livello. Una volta, ho dovuto aspettare 15 minuti e era pieno, quindi ho usato le scale di emergenza dal livello 23. Finalmente, la porta è molto pesante per aprire/chiudere e deve essere più lento quando la macchina è chiusa per evitare di colpire i dita (soprattutto i bambini). Potrebbe essere un processo che attende.
