Hotel in zona Sydney CBD, Sydney

The location was right in the city, close to City2surf, room was clean, bed was very comfortable and we also ate at the restaurant on site which was lovely. Can’t fault Rydges at all, staff were friendly, we’d definitely stay there again.

La casa è stata molto gentile, e ha fatto un giorno piovoso, con gli ombrelli. La camera era bella e confortevole, e un letto generoso per due. Bella camera da bagno con bagno, doccia in piedi e toilette separata. L'unica pecora che avevamo era che la ventilazione nel bagno non era così grande, perché c'era un leggero odore di molli da quella bagnata che si sfuggeva nella stanza principale. La sala da ginnastica era piccola, ma molto buona, perché aveva un sacco di attrezzature, c'era acqua filtrata e molte mele per un snack post-training, che era molto conveniente. Tuttavia, in tutto questo è stato un piacevole soggiorno e non esitavamo a visitare di nuovo, spero in una stanza diversa.

Was really good, there was a gym and pool, room has a kitchen and laundry! Basically I could live there lmao, the location was also amazing it was literally on the centre which made us easy to go around anywhere. Definitely coming back again

Stayed two more nights after the Sydney Marathon. On the last night there was unexpected road work which was very noisy and was expected to continue until mid-night. The staff member at the reception (male with glasses) and the manager (Ms Sarah) on duty that night arranged for us to move to a room facing Hyde Park - the side that was not affected by the road work - so we were able to sleep. It was not easy as there were conferences and events going on at the hotel that night. BIG THANK YOU to both of them!!

Overall experience could have been improved starting from the concierge.We need to manually retrieve the luggage to our room due to shortage of head count.As for the breakfast it was quite a disaster with no changes for the menus for the past 6 days.This was not expected for a 5 stars hotel.Kindly relook on the feedback as we pay quite a premium price and was not expecting lackluster service 

Love the hotel for the self service launderette. Getting around the city from the hotel is very convenient with the public bus 2mins away from the entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out was a breeze. Australian Museum is walkable from the hotel and nearest supermarket is just beside the hotel. Halal food is also a stone's thrown away. Awesome stay. Found some good thrift shops around the hotel too.

Location is good, walkable to chinatown. Train, tram and bus are all nearby, very convenient. Room was spacious, able to open 2 big luggage. Its clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Not much amenities. House keeping can be available everyday by hanging the clean room tag. Receptionist was very nice and kind, we arrived early in the morning 8am but check in was only at 2pm. They helped to keep our baggage at the hotel and told us to go back at 12pm to check if room was available. Went back at 11plus and were told that we can check in already. We had a few issues during the stay but the staff were very quick to response and solve the issue.

So wonderful! The staff were all incredibly sweet and accomodating. Especially towards my questions (since i’ve never booked a hotel before.) Our room was exceptionally clean! As well as this, the cleaning staff were efficient and highly skilled at their jobs. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, which I guess is what you’d expect but the staff truly went above and beyond the entire time. All accomodations and requests were met as well!

I travelled here for my work meeting and i was so pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly, anf helpful. I ate at the buffet for two mornings, and i love that you can leave your baggage there when you chrck out if you need to run errands. Would dwfinately book again. Everything was clean and immaculate.

C'è un treno che passa accanto all'hotel e sarà molto rumoroso. La stanza è abbastanza grande e ben attrezzata con una piccola cucina Ma le strutture sono relativamente vecchie Fare shopping in centro è molto conveniente Il personale del banco è educato
