Hotel in zona Ropeway Station, Darjeeling

Uno dei migliori hotel a Darjeeling per soggiornare tra le belle montagne, la vista sulle colline/montagna dal balcone della finestra è anche fantastica. Il cibo è anche eccellente. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli e cooperative. Il pacchetto turistico dall'hotel è anche fantastico.

Everything is ok but hotel room doesn't clean everyday and room service is very bad. Tv is working fine but subscribe only minimum pack where no hindi channel is available.

Location is perfect with direct view of Kangchenjunga Peak from the property and the location would keep you near to the Mall Road. Special thanks to Front Desk team (Priyesh Chettri - for arranging the sight seeing schedule and a professional cab person with no hassle during the trip; Vansita - for advising on the walking routes) and F&B Team (Sonam and team) for making the stay special. Gratitude to Chef George for serving the requests as per requirement, means a lot. Making long story short - would recommend this to everyone and worth staying. Thank you once again.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno a un prezzo molto conveniente. La posizione dell'hotel è anche grande. Grande, spaziosa camera e bagno. Molto grande letto. Letti da letto potrebbero essere più pulite.

The staff are very accommodating and warm, and location is perfect - it's a 10 min walk from the mall but is high enough to have a stunning outlook that places on the mall don't see. We actually had some medical issues during our stay here that prolonged our trip, and the team were so understanding and flexible, helping us keep our room on level 6 as long as possible (we recommend this room, best view!). Delicious breakfasts too

Anna ,Anuka both are very good and very careful and Responsible. My family thanks to both are ..and food was very good and all seaf was very humble and friendly we are very happy to stay in Hermon. Staff are very polite and courteous I recommend all tourist if u r in Darjeeling must be visit summit Hermon hotels and resort.. Specially meet Anna her service was awesome....

Istanna è uno dei migliori hotel, ho visitato. Io e la mia famiglia avevamo fatto un viaggio a Darjeeling. Abbiamo soggiornato in Istanna. Questa è stata una delle migliori viaggi che ho avuto perché, ho dovuto rimanere in un piacevole resort. Anche se i letti e il biancheria extra forniti nella stanza non erano felici di dormire, tuttavia il posto era molto tranquillo e si trovava in un grande posto, le camere erano piacevoli e pulite, il cibo è eccellente , E anche i servizi della stanza, vedendo che tutto era ben organizzato e gestito, ci ha dato un'attraente vibrazione, l'atmosfera del luogo ha dato un senso di casa e di relax, che ci ha fatto sentire molto senza preoccupazioni. Sono stato più che felice di incontrare il personale, perché erano molto amichevoli, attenti e persone molto impegnate nel loro lavoro. Ho raccolto alcuni nomi dei membri del personale dell'hotel, che sono Alex, Sarroj pradhan, Digendra rapida, che sono molto generosi, flessibili e gentili. Credo che questo sia uno dei migliori ritiri che abbia mai avuto finora. Posso davvero pagare il servizio che è stato più che benvenuto In generale ho avuto una grande esperienza e mi consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.
